Wilson itself is a small residential area, but there are a couple of great places to eat and it's a great place to be based for exploring the Grand Teton National Park as access via the Moose Wilson road is much quieter (partly unsurfaced and I don't believe RVs are allowed to access the park on this road). We enjoyed two meals at the "Stagecoach" which had a friendly atmosphere and was popular with locals and tourists alike. A car is essential for exploring the local area.

The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, way better than any standard hotel fare. My room was spacious, clean, and full of amenities. Lastly, the property was beautiful, with a secluded feel despite being close to all the important surrounding landmarks and destinations.
