Breakfast was simple but good quality. We were able to get a second cappuccino on request. It was also convenient to have a safe place for our car provided nearby. We were in town for a special restaurant dinner that was within walking distance of the hotel.

The location and ambience of the castle. I love the surroundings and how peaceful it is. I also like the people that work at the castle. They are very helpful and supportive in every way.

Great family owned place with friendly service. We stopped here off the autostrada for one night, parked in back of hotel. Breakfast was great, there were sweet and savory options available plus water, juice, coffee. Would stay again.
The swimming pool was lovely. The room whilst perfectly adequate was not as shown in the photograph whilst booking. The shower in the bathroom was a clumsy hand held one that you had to use whilst standing in the bath. The restaurant food was not very good when compared with other local restaurants and the service was somewhat chaotic. Better to go five minutes down the road to the local trattoria.

A lovely strategic starting point to visit Siena Arezzo and Firenze.
Next to A1 highway is comfortable for a round trip by car.
Surrounding countryside houses are tiny and atmosphere remind good old times of the past Tuscany when time was going slower and people were living quietly.

Beautiful little town.
Beautiful little town. Take time to wander the peaceful back streets away from the main shopping and eating area. The various churches, Commune building and gardens are worth a visit and there is a lovely Classical music festival here in the summer.

It is really nice town.
It is really nice town. We had accommodation at the square close to the historic part. For young people it could be little bit boring because mostly everything is closed during the day and some days it was closed in the evening. There are 2 great restaurant which open at 8pm. So be prepared you have to have a dinner after 8:00pm.
But if you prefer calm town, this is for you.

An unique hilltop Tuscan village with friendly shops and owners. Quiet and non touristy. Centrally located to visit within a hour or less drive to many other Tuscan areas such as Cortona, Orvieto, Pienza, and Tuscan wine towns. It had many different types of restaurants in the village in varying price range with good food, high end fancy or just family run hood quality Italian food. There are fresh meat or fresh fish markets, small general market, bars, cafes and small shops. Wednesday is market day and it has everything you would want and more in the way of fresh foods, household items, a bit like a flea market.

Natascia and her warm, loving family welcomed us to this wonderful finca. Not only did they give us valuable restaurant tips for Monte San Savino, they also helped us organize racing bikes for the duration of our stay. Clean rooms, a great view and a strategic location - you can take excellent day trips (Montepulciano, Chianti area, Siena, San Gimignano, Arezzo, ...) - in short it was an incredibly relaxing and wonderful holiday.
Everything! Yuri and Jessie were wonderful hosts. I can’t say enough good things about them. The place was clean, and comfortable with a lovely breakfast. Monte San Savino is a quiet, charming and beautiful old town. It’s a great place to relax. We attended our son’s wedding here. It was a short walk to the restaurant where we had a dinner reception with a three piece Italian band. Such a wonderful time!!!
Location was fantastic just a step away from the lovely historic town of Monte San Savino and the room and beds were so well set up! Simone was super accomodating and was so generous with any questions and quick to help. A wide variety of local cakes and toast was offered for breakfast along with juice and coffee!
Jessica and Yuri were outstanding, friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The Italian breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel is located next door to the Palazzo in the old city center which couldn't be better! Best water pressure in the shower I've had just about anywhere!
I was about to stay for 2 nights to take a rest while cycling around Italy, but finally ended with 3 additional days. The place is great: clean, equiped with all you need, helpful host, spectacular view over the roofs, church towers. No bad surprises, only good ones.

Owners of the hotel are extremely nice and polite, definitely worth a stay if you around.
Room and bathroom very clean, old style, which corresponds well with the building.
Very simple but good breakfast, amazing coffee!
Wow what a great find. We loved this place and the owners made us so welcome. It is peaceful quiet great views loads of indoor and outdoor space. Fabulous pool. Only a few minutes from restaurants and shops in the car.
Everything was perfect. Centerville is 1 min away and the place is spacious and luminous. The hosts were very friendly. Would totally recommend it to anyone going to Monte San Savino.
Great breakfast. Very accommodating staff. There really are only two hotel options in Monte San Savino. This one within the city wall, and another one outside.
