Can walk easily from hotel. Check in was by a machine, their was no check in staff, but I didn't have any issues checking in, even in English. The room was Large compared to most places I stayed in Japan, the free amenities in the room were nice touches! The room was also extremely clean!

The staff was so lovely and helpful, even though I wasn’t able to speak very much Japanese with them. I ended up extending my stay there because it was as comfortable enough and the location was perfect - very close to Kouroen and Shukugawa station.

The rooms were large, and comfortable and having board games in the rooms (and the option to swap them at the counter). My daughter also loved being able to access parts of the toy museum at any time. The location was fantastic, and right in the middle of Arima.
