We had an excellent vacation in Hot Springs, 4 nights: everything was perfect: perfect breakfast and dinner, very clean room, excellent spa facilities, nice staff ( except the bartender which is a little rigid for this job).
We’ve booked also for February.

Banya is a town with mineral hot springs and it’s only about 4 miles to Bankso, a ski resort town with a very nice old town, we stayed in Seven Springs hotel for their charming atmosphere and hot springs pools. We walked around the town but came back to dine at the hotel’s cozy restaurant Kristina.

A lot of dying houses, not really friendly people in town.
A lot of dying houses, not really friendly people in town. For such amount of money better visit other village like a Sapaeva Banya.
Though springs were nice.
Most places accept cash only, you can windrow money near park. Inside the park is great place with bulgarian cousin (near stairs). Church may not work at time you expect it to work and in front of it is drinking water.

The place is small, and quiet.Beautiful surrounding, especially that almost all day it is bathing in sun when it is good weather.Everywhere is streaming mineral water which is very healthy.
Bansko and Razlog are close
You can not find anything to not like since they have thought of everything: best mineral water pools, temperature above 36 degrees, big inside an outside, connected in between, medical treetments if needed; Great SPA facilities, saunas, igloo, hammam, Salt room.....excellent organic food provided from their own farm. Cozy evenings with wine by the lovely fireplace. The hotel has everything you need for total relaxation.
The hotel is very nice, clean and the staff is very friendly. We really enjoyed the pools - water temperature was around 34C. Both breakfast and dinner are very tasty, they use products from their farm which we got the chance to visit. We also used the kids salt room - it is clean and full of toys. The Kids club ladies were very friendly and our kid loved going there in the morning.
Cozy, clean and very beautifully restored complex, including the hotel and restaurant, good sauna and two pools with warm water. The atmosphere is homely and friendly- everybody were trying to do their best to make our staying nice and joyful. And the best surprise was excellent restaurant running by the same family.

Varied, organic meals from their own farm for breakfast and dinner

The hotel, the rooms were very clean even though there was a construction work. All the reception, housekeeping and restaurant staff were very helpful and always met us with happy and smiling faces.
I find Hot springs a wonderful place and it is not my first stay there. Beautiful nature surrounds the hotel. Big swimming pool. Tasty food on breakfast and dinner.
The hotel has great design, thought out facilities and spa center with innovative design, stellar staff and customer service, and an amazing breakfast.
