The room type and size was quite impressive. Infact the reason why we chose this hotel over others was because we were getting a bigger and better room type in the same price of standard queen bed room. The staff tried their best to make us feel comfortable. Special shout out to brian at the front desk.
Horrible!!! Dirty!!! Dried up piss in tubs and lights didn’t work the refrigerator didn’t work. U can feel the springs in the bed! Very uncomfortable 😣 I couldn’t even change the tv to hdmi so my son can play his video game ect…

Please don't try to bring your family or friends to this place before they do a comprehensive state inspection or shut it for renovation. If your guests are allergic or have a breathing condition, the air pollution in this building could be devastating to them. The other side of the facility seems to be on standards, but again they play by the names on the website and would pretend they never advertised for the other hotel. Just don't take that risk, your health is priceless.

Location was great!
Location was great! Our first room was on the first floor & it needs renovations ! Carpet was old! Peep hole in door had no metal covering so I had to tell maintenance. The toilet didn’t flush! We noticed crickets in our room the first night & our neighbors next door were very loud & obnoxious. Carpet in hallway on first floor needs replaced! The front desk gave us a room on third floor which was wonderful- upgraded & no crickets.

The room we had had some sort of fleas or bugs as my son woke up with bites and scratching. I had a few bites. We moved rooms and it seemed to be better but it didn’t help as we both already had bites. The bathroom had holes in the wall and the water took 10 minutes to get to a warm temperature.

The hotel was fine.
The hotel was fine. Pets were permitted (a negative for me, but not for some). You may want to request being on a floor where pets are not permitted. The room had a desk that was well suited for doing some work on my laptop, etc.
There were some eateries within walking distance as well (5-10 minute walk).

I live in Coatesville and work in Downingtown.
I live in Coatesville and work in Downingtown. Life begins in Exton. What do I mean? Exton is the center of commerce for Chester County. The county seat is in West Chester, but the mall, the biggest library, and more are in Exton.
Easy check in. Friendly staff. Hotel was easy to locate and the rooms were spacious and nice. Continental breakfast was good. Friends stayed at the Hilton and said the coffee at Springhill Suites by Marriott was better :) I also appreciated that it was a sister hotel to the Hilton across the parking lot because we had a huge wedding party and information was shared at both hotels.
Breakfast was okay, better than just muffin, thanks for the sausage and bacon-eggs. :-) The friendliness of the staff was impeccable. Loved your updates in the carpet in room and hallways, makes for a fresher look and smell. Loved that it was a smoke free environment. I was very comfortable.
The landscaping was well manicured and the lobby was warm and welcoming. The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the rooms, the aesthetics and the cleanliness.
1. when desk is unavailable. the guest should know there are seen on the video and someone will be right with them. i picked this hotel based on 24 hour front desk service/ SAFETY reasons
The note and the room was truly excellent. It was of great size, cleanliness and comfort. The pricing was truly economical. I definitely recommend this hotel.
The location was great. The breakfast choices and quality of the food was great as well. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Great Hotel all around!
