First time at Hilton Head, the folks were friendly and the hotel location was in good location, short walk to beach and dining.
I found the area too crowded for my taste and more expensive than I liked.

I know it's a golfing and tennis destination but there was pretty much NOTHING else to do. The beach was not inviting with hard packed cold sand and bicyclists driving all over. There is no "main street" just lots of shopping "crescents" that looked all alike and everything was ridiculously overpriced. The scenery wasn't terribly interesting, unfortunately. There were several hard pitches to sit for time share presentations. We were certainly not interested as Hilton Head is not my thing at all. To add to our displeasure we booked a dolphin cruise and saw ONE dolphin.

Hilton Head island has everything you might need.
Hilton Head island has everything you might need. It can be as laid back or active as you want. It was green, beautiful, mild temperatures even in February. If you want to shop the opportunities are there. The choice in restaurants is endless. We love Hilton Head Island.

The location and hotel are beautiful. My daughter and I stayed in an oceanfront room, and it was just what we needed. We even ordered room service, which was so appreciated after a long, exhausting day of travel. So happy to have found this gem! The valet and customer service agent at the front desk were extremely personable and professional- made us feel so welcome. I will stay here again soon! :)
Everything, ALL staff were so lovely. Answered any questions we had. Showed us a few places to eat dinner. Very clean, tidy and just over all a very good hotel! The roof top pool is so nice, clean, chilled and just such a great view!
Breakfast was ok. Location was too far from the beach. The lobby in the photo on booking looks nothing like the nasty lobby at the hotel. Torn up white sofa and dirty.
I am disappointed with booking.com. We were mislead!
Beautiful property on the beach. Great experience. Some things out dated but some things up dated. It was very easily assessable. Lots to do and price was cheaper than hotels. We enjoyed ourselves.
Location next to 1st tee, taking care about guests by staff which is nice because in the end rooms at 5 stars hotels are similar and the people are making the difference
The location was not on the beach but an okay drive. The suite was clean and we could have stayed an extra few days comfortably with the kitchenette and fridge.
I chose this hotel for it’s price despite bad reviews I read. For the location I needed to attend a funeral, the price was the cheapest. That’s really about it.
