We were greeted by Gabriela at the reception who waited for us after her work day finished. She is a beautiful person and helped us with good tips and tricks to enjoy the hotel and the region. Thank you! The restaurant of the hotel serves very good food at reasonable prices. San Galgano is a good place to stay if you rent a car and want to visit the gorgeous region of Toscana.

Super friendly and helpful staff - they helped me getting an English translator. Amazing restaurant - would go there just to have dinner even if I was not staying in the hotel! The old town of Chiusdino is a little bit of a step back in time. Tina who looks after the place was so nice and couldn't have been more helpful, even inviting us up to pick grapes from her balcony. The hotel is located in a beautiful setting and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the food is excellent. The only downside is that the is a bit pricey, but it is worth it for the experience.
