Great view from a the balcony! Very clean and the staff were all very nice and helpful. Good and convenient breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Good location near lots of restaurants and a small grocery store. We had a rental car and were able to find parking on the roads around the hotel (might have been harder if we traveled during high season). We were able to use the spa facilities for an hour (jacuzzi, saunas, lounge) which was a very nice addition.

A lovely place to visit and the Montenegrin people are so friendly and welcoming. Spent most of our evenings walking around the Old Town within the walls. The Piano Nobile restaurant within the Old town is a must and we dined there on 3 occasions. We felt very safe and saw No anti social behaviour at all. Already planning a 2nd trip later on this year and this time we'll stay in the Old Town.

For beach people. Kotor is very different in this regard.
For beach people. Kotor is very different in this regard. I ran the coastal path from Budva to Sveti Stefan and back and recommend this to any runners. You pass many cove settlements and beaches you otherwise wouldn't know about.
Soul Food has nice sandwiches and pastries.

Very nice city.
Very nice city. I travel to Budva so often and love being there.
For the first time visitors, I recommend that they'd better choose summer season so that they can have much more fun and enjoy the environment (in and out of the city) and of course swimming.
The old city is quite unique day and night. You can have especially dinner at restaurant Jadran just by the sea. Next to this restaurant, there is a pub, named Bike and Beer. Its owner is the same of the restaurant. You may spend a night in there and enjoy the music which is performed by two grumpy looking elderly men. To me, they are perfectly play their guitars and sing.
Babaloo is a snack restaurant and bar. They have a very satisfying menu. This place is on the ground floor of TQ Plaza, the only shopping mall of the city.
Should you try your luck, you can visit the casino in the Splendid Hotel, ten minutes away from the city by taxi.
Inside of the old city walls, there shops and pubs. You can spend some time in one of them.
And more... To be honest, I'm tired of writing.
Go and see. You'll understand why I love Budva.
Do not stay only in Budva. Visit the other cities on the cost of Kotor Bay which is the only fjord in Mediterannean sea; Kotor, Tivat, Petrovac, Perast, HerzegNovi.
Please do travel up to Zabljak, a city towards to Serbian border in north. Visit Durmitor Natural Park and Tara Canyon (2nd in the world and the biggest in European) and try zip-line... On the way up to Zabljak, you may visit Ostrog Monastry that is placed on one side of a hill like it's curved in the rocks.

Budva is a convenient stop between entry to Crna Gora from Hrvacka and arrival at the South of the country, I had an appointment in the town; once that was fulfilled I had little incitement to explore further.

Overpopulated, busy, loud, jammed, boring and too expensive.
Overpopulated, busy, loud, jammed, boring and too expensive. There's a helicopter waking the whole town up every weekend, every day, every hour. Go to Tivat or Herceg Novi instead for a peaceful and nice vacation.
Overall this is the best hotel I have stayed in over a 1-year period in Montenegro. It is also one of the best I have been to in terms of quality/price ratio in the world. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and provide all the amenities you could expect from a hotel room. I also got a free upgrade to a superior or family room and it was extremely spacious but even the regular rooms are great. All the staff is friendly and professional. I want to especially highlight Bojana's work. She was very quick to react to all wishes and requests.
The hotel is relatively new and in beautiful shape. The most important part was the hotel staff. They are all professionally trained, kind, polite and helpful. I would particularly like to mention Petar at the front desk. He was so helpful with ideas of what to do and where to go. Also, the following were lovely employees and very helpful! Zravco , Drazen, Nikola and Milos. I'm sorry if I forgot the names of others but everyone was so kind. I would come back to Budva just to stay in this hotel. Many thanks!!
I feel so happy and blessed because I found this apartment! I had free parking place, free washing mashine and free kitchen to make my own food. I cannot even mention the new and modern furniture and terrace where I had my lunch and enjoyed the magnificant view. I was in the center of all events in Budva and in such a peaceful area that I didnt hear any noise around me. How cool is that? If I ever come back to Montenegro again, Im staying here without doubt.
absolutely everything. Nadja and Milena were absolutely 2 of the best hotel staff we’ve communicated with probably ever. super friendly, helpful, communicative. if we needed something, they helped arrange it in minutes. the property was clean, and in an amazing location. our place had a living room as well with views of the yachts in the marina. honestly can’t say enough good things about this place and Budva. very underrated city.
Fantastic view from the balcony over the old town of Budva and out to sea. Situated on outskirts of Budva so easy to access the rest of Montenegro. Quick walk down to the town by road or by staircases zig zagging down. Slightly longer walk back up! Very clean and tidy appartment. Welcoming host, Boban was easily contactable and willing to help with anything. Great value and would highly recommend.
Amazing cozy hotel, in the best location in Budva. You have access literally to everything in a minute. Apartment is specious, clean and with great style. People in the hotel make you feel like you belong to family. Very friendly and helpful.
Separate thanks to Jelena, always was ready to help!
I think it is only the place in Budva we’re they speak perfect English.
Highly recommend
Very homely and clean property in a great location with easy access to shops, beaches, and main areas of Budva. Amazing views of the mountain ranges from the balcony too.
Sinan and his family were fantastic friendly hosts and attended to every request promptly with a smile. Would certainly look to book again if visiting Montenegro in the future.
We came mid September and our experience went above our expectations, everyone was friendly. There was nothing we disliked, yes, the food prices are above the average in Budva but everything we had was quality, also is something you expect in a 5 star hotel. Perfect place to relax and unwind (in September) I bet August is a bit chaotic.
Nice, big flat, with a lot light inside. Big balcony from who you can see mountains of Montenegro. Really good internet if you need for work. It have everything to comfort life of 3+ persons. To reach a beach you need only 20 min. Owner always was in web and answer really fast. Also give recommendations how reach Budva from Podgorica.
Best apartment i rented in Montenegro in that money range. Is huge comparing with others. Nice living room and big separated bedroom. Very well prepared bathroom too. Good location, 10mins to the beach, 20 to the old Budva town. Big and confortable parking below the apartment that is for you.
Very good contact with the owners.
Excellent location, the beach is right in front of the hotel. It is within walking distance of Rafailovici and for those eager also to Budva old city. It is a pleasant walking path by the sea. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful and sandy hotel beach with sunbed and umbrella included in the room price.
The apartment is very nice and modern. We really enjoyed our stay in Budva. We found everything we needed in the apartment and most importantly we felt calm and safe. The host was very friendly and always willing to help us. I believe it was not our last trip to Montenegro.
excellent modern hotel! facilities are great , location amazing ocean view and next to old town ! breakfast and room service tasty and staff kind and helpful! Belma who gives massages is great ! this hotel is rated 4 stars but it should be 5 stars
Everything went well, staff are super helpful and nice. We went there in low touristic season, but still enjoyed Budva and the hotel. Pool is not very big. We loved the breakfasts! Portions were huge and it was delicious and fresh.
Good location if you are traveling through Montenegro, it’s on the side of the main road going to budva and if you have your own car it is close to a lot of places, it have private parking space and hosts are very nice.
Hotel Budva has a great location in the center of Budva. It has a free parking and easy access to pedestrian area and walking distance to the beach. Breakfast was good to enjoy indoor and out in the terrace.
Everything was great, the location, the comfort, the cleanliness is excellent. Special thanks to Mr Popovic, our driver who we met through the hotel and took us around Montenegro, was really great.
Reception were very kind and well.. receptive. AC seemed to be actually relatively cool the room (not common in Budva hotels). You have a supermarket right next door.
Fair value for price I’d say.
Every thing it’s excellent and thanks Eva and Marcia and everyone in the hotel very supportive and always keep smiling and sure I will suggest this hotel for everyone visit Montenegrin- Budva.
Everyone was super friendly. Great little boutique hotel. Really great value for a one-bedroom hotel in búdva. Super clean. We loved our stay for 4 nights.
