Location was great! Didn't really have much contact with any staff; it operates much like an air bnb.....keys in lockbox. But the room and beds were comfortable and it was nice to be able to incorporate a third person without the need to secure an additional room.

I really liked the room and the exceptional friendliness of the staff. The beakfast is exceptional with everything your heart can possibly desire. One Saturday night at 2 am was very noisy people and there was no one to contact to complain. One night out of 11, it still gets a great review. The downside is, you can not get coffee orr tea 24/7 and for travellers from overseas it may be bothersome. All in all the hotel is great. The staff greats you so warm every morning I wish I would live there.
