Room was very comfortable and clean - great price.

Spacious, clean and very handy for the pool and hot tub
The location was very central.
The unit we stayed in was a little dated, could use some newer living room furniture.
Some of the kitchen cupboards were very worn and needed replacement.
The grounds where we'll kept.
The golf course needed work. The tee off boxes where not well marked at all.
The fair ways where very poorly maintained.

Shower and toilet was very dirty.
Shower and toilet was very dirty. I had no housekeeping to clean the room. The pool was very dirty. I would rate it a big zero. I don't recommend anyone to stay there. And for sure would not come back to this motel.

Hell on earth.
Hell on earth. We were just driving through and stayed at our hotel for less than 12 hours, It was HOT. Cooled down to 107 at night. Luckily the hotel we stayed in had AC and cold pool. If you're into gambling it would be fun, there were a lot of casinos on the way there.

No offense intended to those who like the area and enjoy the California desert but I probably wouldn't vacation in Indio. It is, however, a great stop off from Phoenix heading to Northern California. We absolutely loved the Fairfield Inn by Marriott

Lobby was very nice.
Lobby was very nice.
Room was dingy, shower dripped, drain plug wasn't attached and slipped off. Drain slow. Hotel convenient for travel which means it's on a noisy freeway. Only passing through.
me and my sister stayed for coachella festival & it was absolutely perfect. from the front of the complex it’s only a 5 minute walk to the festival - literally the closest you can get. and the owner was super friendly & accommodating and dropped us to the front each day. very clean, cute place to stay. we loved it!
Nice , clean room, well equiped , for short term stay with 2 kids sufficient , breakfast offer was ok - eggs , sausages , pancakes and cinamon rolls , fruits as well, swimming pool was refreshing as it is really very hot in Indio. All in all , we were glad to stay in the facility
Perfect condos. Exactly what we needed for our large family group while working in Indio for 2 weeks.
They also easily accommodated our late check in and were very helpful throughout our stay with mini cleans and extra toiletries.
it was clean and I was glad there was a faux wood floor instead of a carpet-I like how hotels and motels are using floors instead of carpet -it feels cleaner -smelled a. little like febreese but not bad
Host prepared a delicious breakfast. Hot tub, with water from hot well beneath the property was outstanding. Views of the Indio hills from the beautiful custom home extraordinary. ≈
Nice travel accommodation just outside Indio. The room was more modern and stylish than in similar hotels, but also significantly smaller (European hotel size). Bed was excellent.
The hotel room was extremely worn and outdated. Furniture was broken, bathtub was stained and all the caulking and grout was gross. The room needed a complete overhaul.
Due to Covid they did not have breakfast but I respect there decision, everything was super clean. The air conditioning worked great especially since it was 115 in Indio
Included breakfast is one of the biggest added value features to staying at this hotel, and as long as it stays at $149 per night I will continue staying here
