Not handicap accessible!!
Not handicap accessible!! Hallways were narrow, barely made it inside the room the way they were located. Not enough room for handicap accessibility!! Could not eat at the site without carrying it all back to the room at other end of building. ( not handicap accessible). Good half block away with multi levels and multi sets of stairs. Pool room was dark ,dingy and scary to get too. Staff was not helpful. Could not enjoy any of the building. No vans to casino. Did not get rooms i booked on river with patio. Only plus - 2 casino games our parents could play because there was no van to take us to casino. - we drove a rv and had to park it off property. there is plenty of choice when it comes to Hotels in Wilkes...
there is plenty of choice when it comes to Hotels in Wilkes Barre but having stayed in wilkes barre for weeks at a time over the last 4 years none of them compare the courtyard hotel. there are also a multitude of retail parks and great outdoor spaces to explore. you will get a feel for suburban america in Wilkes Barre and a good feel for the way of life in the US

The hotel is about 10 minutes away from casino. There is a diner in front of casino that was excellent. There is a family owned pizza place about a mile away from the hotel. That was absolutely wonderful, Angelo’s. Jacuzzi was awesome

Not as clean as indicated. Floors needed vacuuming, dishes and waste noticeable In hallways and on tables .. Not updated , rusty lamp bases, needs repairs , bathroom had water damage and to have items replaced, towels were shredded . Should restrict smoking areas as the smell of smoke was the first thing you noticed in the lobby. Staff were friendly.AAnonymous - 4.0Scored 4.0

The walls were dirty and there was a hole in the wall in the bathroom. The room appeared clean, but the bathroom was deplorable. They need to paint the bathroom and fill in all holes. Taylor, the front desk staff, was amazing in helping my fiancée with all the romantic gestures.
