Hotel staff around was really kind, good mood around, modern and comfortable facilities. There was no problem with breakfast time, amount and taste of meals. Room equipment at standard level (e.g. hairdryer, towels, toiletries, ....). There could be some negatives about location, but lot of these are expected because of travel references (location, safety feeling, ...).
Featuring free WiFi throughout, B&B HOTEL Paris Mairie de Saint-Ouen offers accommodations in Saint-Ouen, only a 6-minute walk from Mairie de Saint-Ouen Metro Station and 1.6 mi from Stade de France.

Great affordable option which was located very near blue line which was helpful for getting to both the city centre and Stade de France. Check in was very quick which was great as we were in a huge rush at the time. No bedbugs aswell 🙏😃👍

all staff were bilingual and the rooms with the terrace were beautiful! Also, the maid service was impeccable! They're like cleaning fairies - so thoughtful and detailed!

One of the best stays in 10 times visiting Paris. A great value for money in Paris.
1. Friendly staff, flexible to my reasonable requests.
2. Freshly renovated rooms, look exactly as on the pictures.
3. All the necessary things in the room (number of towells, coffee, etc)
4. Blackout curtains, great
5. No noise when the window is closed.
6. Good ventilation with air conditioning.
7. Comfy beds and pillows.
8. Literally 200m from the metro station which takes you to the city center in ~20 minutes.
9. Great private underground car parking for a reasonable price.
10. Easy to reach by car or to leave the city afterwards, without a difficult drive through the city center.

Location is a bit far from the city center where all the main attractions are located but if you planned a day trip out, it works. The area has good choices of restaurants and bakeries. A couple of supermarkets within walking distance of the apartment.

Saint-Ouen has a nice antique market, but also a lot of homeless people and people who are selling rubbish. Also when it's dark, you are not feeling very comfortable. It's not a very good neighborhood.

Very friendly and kind staff.
Very friendly and kind staff. They offered to hold my crying baby so I could finish my breakfast. Breakfast was very good and Everything was very clean. However the room was not so clean. Stained curtains and not so clean floor.
Also no space for parking and the nearby parkings were very expensive 2,80 for every hour!

We went to Saint-Ouen to visit the Puces.
We went to Saint-Ouen to visit the Puces. Since we are selling vintage and antiques in Belgium (@finds - vintage and more) we were hoping to score some nice stuff which we could re-sell in Belgium but this was not applicable at all! The prices were WAY too high for everything. We came home empty handed. It was an experience to visit the Puces but don't go there if you're hoping to buy cheap stuff. The city is also dirty and the Puces themselves were really chaotic and in some areas we had a bad feeling walking around. I had imagined it as a nice place to walk around but it felt you were in the suburbs. We stayed 2 days (one night) and the second day we went to visit a part of Paris and walked till there by foot? The Puces are for example half an hour walk from the Sacre Coeur. All and all it was ok for once and one day but we're probably not going back.

It is a place that kept on giving like having real chickens on the roof
a large outdoor area that the kids could run around in away from the parents and other guests We felt that we were the oldest there but the staff we A1 very helpful nothing was to much trouble. Enjoyed the food but would have liked a bigger selection. We were lucky enough to have a shared balcony where we enjoyed a drink or a cup of tea at the end of the day. Secure car park

Very nice stuff, room is clean and comfortable. breakfast is also very good for this price.
For us (travelling with baby) it was a very good choice 👍🏼
Location is bit far away from the city centre. But there is Metro (1km) and bus (300m) away from hotel.
I loved staying here! I spent 3 nights in Spain for work and stayed another 3 nights in Paris at this hotel. It was great - super new, super clean, the rain showerhead and the bathtub were so nice, nice staff, good breakfast. The rooms are modern - I could not find an English TV channel to save my life - but the bed was huge and comfortable. The area is a tad seedy but I never felt unsafe. The metro that I used a lot was a few blocks away.
The place was really nice and cozy, it had two sinks which made it feel luxurious. The kitchen had many supplies , the place was clean and there were big windows to enjoy Paris. Especially the window in the bedroom makes a great atmosphere. It was quite well connected to the city centre through the metro and there is a supermarket nearby. We would recommend this place to anyone that wants to stay in Paris and wants a cozy atmosphere.
Transportation:It is only about 15 minutes to main city paris and also about same time to reach our bus staition (paris-bercy).
Surroundings:The vibes and surrounding near hotel is very nice .Lots of cafe and shopping center around.
Staffs:The guy in front desk is very friendly and Helpful. He will provide the required information about the hotel.
Almost everything was well as expected .
Highly recommended.
The apartment has all necessary facilities for long stay. Metro stations 13 and 14 are nearby, just 3 minutes walking distance from the property. The owner was very helpful and provided very detailed information for everything related to his apartment. The TV had subscriptions to video on demand and the internet was good. A very nice place for budget stay in Paris.
I really liked the concept! it is a very nice hotel, with a lots of organic food, a huge terrace, a market organised within the hotel. I had the impression to be in new York rather y-than in Paris! also, a bit far from the center of Paris, but super well connected by Metro. I will definitely come back to this hotel to the next trip to Paris.
The hotel is very near to the metro station and just 5 minutes from the bus and metro station. Can access to the room 24hrs. 24hrs transport access to the place from paris city.Room is very clean and we had own bathroom facilities and had small cooking facilities. Great service from the front office. Great place and very friendly.
I was in Paris for a conference and I chose this hotel because of it’s location and the fact the photos showed much bigger rooms, but in reality it was a very small room, shared toilet for a whole floor and no elevators!! 70€ per night with no breakfast!
Very clean though, but very very small and very pricey, not recommended.
The property is well positioned with easy access to Paris, it is a quiet place. The apartment offers the necessary comfort for what is needed, it is prepared with everything you need, it is clean and bright. Even though we were away all the time during the day, we felt very comfortable there. I recommend!
The place is bigger than many in Paris for the same money - sleep is also very good. It is clean. You can reach it with most of the transport and it is in great location to Stade de France - you need about 50 minutes to walk there and thus transport independant. All equipment used works fine.
Great location to the Puces de Saint Ouen which was the main purpose for our visit to Paris. Metro was a short walk away, as well as as a few groecery shops and delicious patisseries. The flat was comfortable, quiet, and stocked with everything needed for a long or short stay.
Brand new hotel, large rooms, large bed, lift, window. Industrial look, with warm details (carpet and wooden-like furniture). Good heating. Nice and spacious bathroom. Extra clean. At reasonable distance from Paris center.
In no time MOB hotel has become one of ly favourite hotels in Paris: space, concept, staff's kindness, parking space, look anf feel, price inspite its proximity to Paris Intra Muros...
