Excellent staff, bus stop outside for getting into the city...
Excellent staff, bus stop outside for getting into the city centre, great to catch up with extended family .
Ate our evening meal at hotel, it was great.
Loved the city centre, so much history and beautiful buildings.
We were expecting a really tired place from the reviews and were pleasantly surprised with a spacious, well equipped room with a comfortable bed. Ok the building looks tired from the outside but surprisingly better on the inside. The staff were very helpful in explaining getting into the city and other information we needed.
The breakfast was reasonable with a fair selection. We also had an evening meal one night and it was a good.
The location was easy for getting into Dublin city by bus which ran quite frequently.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but very good. The whole atmosphere was low key and calm which made for a relaxing stay. All in all it was very good value for money.
The Phoenix Park is a 20 minute walk away and a great place to go for a run or take in some fresh air.
So although it isn't the most visually pleasing of hotels, I would happily stay there again, so it obviously has something going for it!
The hotel was easy to find and had plenty of parking. The staff were super friendly and answered any questions we had. The bus stop was conveniently across the street that we used to go into Dublin. Rooms were very comfortable and everything was user friendly. Excellent stay and great value for Dublin. Restaurant inside hotel was good also. Would highly recommend and stay again.
Very nice hotel. Looks very comfy inside with a cosy pub. Very friendly staff. Don't get confused from the outside fassade. Hotel room was great with the usual facilities, tea/coffee maker etc.
There is a bus line (no. 26) just across the Hotel that goes to Dublin City in about 25mins for 2.30€ on the LeapCard or on regular fare for 3.30€ (no change back!).
The staff were always polite & helpful by booking taxis for us to head into Dublin. The rooms were very clean & they were cleaned on the Saturday even though we got there on Friday & only had one night left. Definitely worth the 10-15 minute taxi trip into the city centre considering the prices of the hotels there.
The hotel was really great! Location is perfect for us, Dublin is too busy to drive. So the hotel have Bus station in front. It was very easy to go to city centre. Next time I will repeat, because the location is easy when you rent a car and exit from Dublin was very fast to take the highway
Even though the hotel was not in town, the public transport was excellent and easy to catch.
The room was very comfortable and the linens clean and good quality.
Having a bar and restaurant onsite made it easy to sit back and relax.
There was plenty of free parking.
Great place to stay as it’s simple to get to from the M50, plenty of parking spaces, very clean, fantastic breakfast & dinner, very helpful & friendly staff, the bus stop for the city centre is on the other side of the road from the hotel.
Fantastic location in Galway. Walking distance to everything that is in the central location. Great restaurants near by as well as shops. Apartment was very clean and easy access. Will stay again when given the opportunity.
Was in a very quite area we were at the front of the hotel and the most noise we heard was the odd car passing a little awkward to get to if you don’t know Dublin but wasn’t to bad
The staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel suited our needs and request for extra pillows was dealt with.
Food in bar is good and a lovely breakfast too.
