But I really appreciated the staff efforts to help us : we cannot make it to the late check-in, but they find a solution to allow us to enter and stay the night nevertheless. In the same way, we have been able to enjoy the restaurant even if it was late and we didn't book earlier.

I really enjoyed the view of the horses, they also listened to my request about having a quiet room which was fantastic. All and all great place to stay for a short trip to Hamburg and very close to the airport which was great. You are also not far from other places to eat and shop. The machine to check-in was really cool.

The breakfast room at the hotel is wonderful. Their garden was very relaxing. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.
