The room was small, but completely ok for a business trip. It was very clean and had a nice bath and cozy bed.

The hotel is located next to and industrial facility (refinery). The staff spoke little German and was abrupt about little things like “do you have a gym”. “Is the bottle of water complimentary? No! Do you have any facilities in house ? None! Etc.
room was ok and shower was great. Safe in the room was good. Neighborhood seemed rough. Underground parking was good at 15 eu per night. The carpets are shot with lots of stains. But price was pretty affordable.

With a central location yet in the heart of the Grunewald forest area, this 3-star hotel is located right by the Wannsee and Nikolasee lakes and near the Berlin's ICC convention center.
I enjoyed my stay. I rented a car in Seeburg strasse / Spandau to move around & visit friends. We couldn't get an hour see cruise,despite making a booking, that was poor. I only had breakfast in the resort.
