Chudleigh was so well placed for everything we wanted to do and visit. It's close enough to the major road networks to allow quick access to whatever you would like to do in Devon. A quiet village but with all the services you would hope for. We liked Chudleigh.

Chudleigh is a sleepy little town, but well placed to travel easily around Devon and away from the Madding Crowd. Good, fast road network, but also pretty lanes and countryside -take your pick.
We travelled out to nearby coastal towns, there are certainly some pretty ones nearby and they were very accessible from Chudleigh.

Stayed in a cabin at FINLAKE HOLIDAY PARK. my first review has been removed as it doesn’t meet Booking.com guidelines. Basically as I left a bad review with pictures as evidence to back up my experience it was deemed not to meet there guidelines.
So let’s try again. Cabin was over priced dirty mouldy dated & stains on sof carpet & walls. Bathroom had holes in the tiles & sealing plus dirt & mould growing on exposed pipe work. Front room was full of dust cobwebs stains on carpet & sofa. All of the radiators were rusty. Rooms were small & our room you has to climb over the bed to get to the other side as the bed went from wall to wall. There was mould growing on all of the windows aswell.
The food at FINLAKE HOLIDAY PARK was very over priced & tasteless. £8 for just a hot dog on its own is scandalous & a latte £3.55.
