Staff friendly & attentive - especially evening staff in restaurant. Food very tasty. Very nice dining areas & great outdoor space. And ample parking space Room clean, with fan & air con. The road can be noisy as its very busy, hence keeping windows shut. Only found there is a local walk from the hotel when we left - maybe do that next time!

The room was one of a number of original rooms in an old converted barn on the opposite side of the car park and extremely well equipped with en-suit bathroom, a fridge, an ironing board and iron, a hairdryer and even a cooler / dehumidifier for hot weather. The full English breakfast was excellent with the finest quality local sausages and bacon. With another slice of toast this would rank 10/10. Overall I would rate this Bed and Breakfast experience as the best value one will find anywhere for the money. Just one sub-note: a modern TV without having to fiddle with a set top digital box would make life a lot easier.

Hatton is a beautiful middle England old village with superb...
Hatton is a beautiful middle England old village with superb accommodation, with lovely cottages and a river.with locks. Truly 'olde England at it's very best. On the outskirts of Warwick, and close to Stratford on Avon, it is the perfect place to stay, for a short break or vacation. Stay at the Falcon. Delicious food and ambiance.

The rooms are lovely and spacious, with a good size bathroom, we had booked 6 rooms some of them had a bath and others only a shower. There is a good size car park. The restaurant/pub is opposite the hotel area so no extra noise. The food was fantastic, we ate off the Indian menu and one friend off the pub menu. The breakfast was also nice, but the evening meal was better. The pub itself is lovely inside and it has a nice terrace/garden area.

We liked everything. The property is amazing. The host was lovely telling us about the beautiful building and its history. The location was perfect. We visited the little cafe near Hatton locks recommended by the host and we went to the Christmas Market in Stratford Upon Avon. We would thoroughly recommend this property and would love to stay there again. The garden is stunning aswell.

Very clean hotel. Staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. Beds clean and comfy. There was air conditioning, fans and even a little fridge in room. Huge beer garden where we ate our afternoon meal. It was beautiful we had a lovely breakfast that was included in price. We were 6 adults that would definitely stay again and highly recommend to friends.

location selected it for personality and food rather than stay in a ‘factory hotel’ as exhibiting at the NEC so nice to get away from the cross for the evening with a decent meal and a few glasses of wine.
