It was ideal for our short stay in London. Close to interesting sights. The concierge staff, doormen and all the staff were great. We loved our suite and everything about it. We had a wonderful view from our fourth floor window of Parliament and we were a short walk to Big Ben.

The rooms were small, but had everything we needed. They were clean and freshened up every day of the stay. The location was perfect and the staff was wonderful. We took the Tube or bus everywhere and walked to many places.

Great location, very easy to get to major tourist sites. Small room w/window but as I traveled solo room was a perfect size. Clean room, large tv and updated bathrooms.
