The location is in the middle of everything. The extra room is very handy because I write in the early morning while my spouse is still asleep. The TV worked.

Camp Verde is trying to improve the town proper but is hard to compete with Jerome and Cottonwood. Not much of a bargain and more of a drive. The historic fort is not worth the time. The river is better viewed nearer Cottonwood.

It is centrally situated to quite a few interesting tourist attractions and moderately priced. We went on the Verde Canyon train, to Montezuma castle and well, Sedona, Jerome, and many more incredible places. We ate at Denny’s. good food. Great service

Reservation was made for two.
Reservation was made for two. When we checked in, only one key was made available. We requested one for each of us. They WOULD NOT release a second key. Their response to our request was they were running short on keys! We returned a few hours later (after dinner and gambling), and tried again at the desk with another person and again, said they were too short on keys to request a second key.
We checked in for my husband's birthday and were very frustrated.
On a good note, rooms were very clean; beds comfortable and quiet!

A great "jumping off" point.
A great "jumping off" point. The location offers more reasonable hotel rates. You can enjoy the Camp Verde area for nature time, the historial town of Jerome with awesome views and great food (recommend Bobby D's BBQ), Sedona for shopping, views and jeep tours and many other local attractions.

Copper Canyon Inn was a great place to stay.
Copper Canyon Inn was a great place to stay. Great staff and clean remodeled rooms. Indoor pool and hot tub(but was closed due to the renovations) The location is amazing, Denny's, taco bell, mcd's, Burger king, and dairy queen are all within walking distance. I must say...we loved that Denny's! What a great staff and fast service. The food was excellent 1 exit over was Cliff Castle Casino..
Welcoming and expedient check in by Andrew who made sure that our special requests were in place and our room was comfortable. Andrew is knowledgeable about the hotel as well as the surrounding area and offered helpful suggestions.
Room key offers 10 percent discounts to a list of local restaurants and a brewery.
The hotel is not new, however, the rooms and other areas were very clean and well kept. Liked the 24 hour complimentary hot/cold beverage center but did not try the included light breakfast.
All staff were great.
The location, with a pool-facing deck, was the best part. The room on the first night did not seem to be properly stocked, but, Maya, the house-keeper, did an amazing job for our second day there. The room was clean, but seemed spartan. The bed was very comfortable, much like the ones up in the Hotel. Jack at the Hotel front desk checked me in and was friendly and very helpful.
Out hotel room was a room where we stayed all night. It was normally sized. The staff were doing a job. It had a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. The toilet paper was on a roll attached to the wall. There were no snakes or serious bug problems. The free continental breakfast was sitting out on the counter when we got down there in the morning.
Indoor pool and coffee machine in the lobby 6-9 am. You can have cafe mocha, espresso, latte and etc. Staff was friendly, got some info about trails. Not many hotels have indoor pool in Arizona for our budget. It was so nice after hiking during the day and come back and go to heated pool. Location was good to go to Sedona and Cottonwood.
hotel separated from casino was no up tp date.... one bed looked like it had waives in it because it was so old it had a foam memory and was not comfortable. Also rooms smelled a little funky. I would highly suggest working on upgrading those buildings because the casino and rooms in casino look a lot better then the ones we stayed in.
This hotel says that it has breakfast, the reality is that the breakfast is very poor, the juice machine did not work, they did not have any type of hot food other than cupcakes and other sugar snacks. It is preferable that they do not offer breakfast.
I think this hotel is amazing and the staff always treats us with the most friendly and caring attitudes that I have come to expect from all the places my family stays. I will always make this my go to hotel when I come to Camp Verde for races.
It is a simple hotel to spend one or two nights in Camp Verde. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is well located within the city. It is a good option to visit the area (including Sedona) and much cheaper than other options.
I eventually got to sleep for a few hours between security and maintenance coming to my room and saying that there wasn't supposed to be anyone in the room. They had overbooked both their hotels and it was a total shit-show.
Hotel was very nice. but the bathroom floor and sinks had not been mopped or cleaned. They gave us about 1/4 roll of toilet paper and no replacement. The customer service in the hotel and casino was simply non existent.
Shuttle service and drivers are excellent. Atmosphere was very comfortable. We had a family member fall ill so we had to spend a week in the area and the lodge is one of the cheapest and cleanest around!
Staff, restaurants, the feel that the hotel really appreciated your business and could not do enough for you to enhance stay and wanted to make sure you would return soon for another visit.
great hotel with lots of amenities e.g swimming pool, delicious breakfast, helpful people around, clean and cosy rooms. we totally recommend that place :)
