Former farming area.
Former farming area. Now a shipping hub for many companies including Amazon. Northern California warehouse and shipping hub. Located in northern San Joaquin Valley. Traffic west snarled by trucking serving greater SF Bay Area. Two hours to go 16 miles to Livermore over the Altamont Pass between 4 and 8am, Repeat in the other direction between 4 and 8pm.

I certainly had no complaints. What really set this hotel apart was the staff. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel like family the moment I walked in the door. I couldn't help but walk away smiling after every exchange. I will definitely be back when I'm working in this area again.

The breakfast was very good, with a good selection of hot items and cold. You don't need to go out for breakfast, just eat at the hotel and you will be satisfied. There are even hard boiled eggs and oatmeal for those who want a light breakfast.
