The hotel is nice but average value for the high price.
The hotel is nice but average value for the high price. The only problem we had every time we stay there: the very shallow sink in the bathroom splashes and does not evacuate and the floor is probably mopped but not rinsed with clean water so it sticks to the shoes.

I do not normally like to go out to eat by myself, but the staff at the restaurant made me feel right at home and the meal was excellent. My only reason for the visit was to spend some time with my mom who lives in assisted living nearby. I thank the staff at the Delamar for making me feel so welcome and lowering my anxiety at traveling by myself.

The weather didn't permit outdoor dining, as it was pouring rain. However the outdoor dining area is lovely and a nice asset to the property.

And - obviously - the price was attractive. The only other hotel in town was $400 a night. The bathroom was clean, as were the sheets.
