I booked 4 nights but left after the 2nd night.
I booked 4 nights but left after the 2nd night. There were what appeared to be blood stains on the mattress! Disgusting! It looked like someone was murdered in that bed! I complained to the hotel staff. They came in the room to see the stains and said it was coffee, not blood. I asked to be moved to another room, he refused, even though there only appeared to be a couple other guests in the hotel. I asked if all rooms were booked, he just said "you can't change rooms". I rephrased the question; "is there another room vacant in this hotel for the next 2 days". He raised his voice and repeated "you can't change rooms!" I asked for a refund for the 2 nights that I would not be staying, he said "no refunds" and walked away. We immediately checked out. Rude staff. Dirty place. No breakfast, just a coffee machine surrounded by a million gnats or fruit flies. Just gross. No toilet paper in the bathroom.LinPuerto Rico - 2.0Scored 2.0

Disgusting. Do not stay here. I felt as if I was putting my life in danger by staying there. We had to leave to a different hotel. Everywhere you looked the place screamed filthy, suspicious activities were definitely happening.

The room was okay at best.
The room was okay at best. Our first room was a disaster and the lady at the front desk hesitated to give us a new room. We will NEVER EVER stay there. The Hotel should be under 1 star. Total waste of our money and time. Room was not fit to sleep in. We left and went home. It was supposed to be our night out for New Yests Eve, instead we drove home because the hotel stunk and was not very clean. I would like a refund on our room

When I made the reservation, I added as a special request...
When I made the reservation, I added as a special request the fact that we would arrive after 1am - time our flight was anticipated to arrive, reason why we chose to stay close to the airport. Unfortunately, to my surprise, the hotel absolutely ignored my special request and canceled the reservation at midnight. When we got there, not only we learned that the reservation had been canceled and we had been charged for the room, but also that the hotel was fully booked. It was really hard to get a room anywhere else, so we ended up having to spend the night at the airport. The staff was very unhelpful.AAnonymousUnited States of America
