I hated everything the front desk lady would not allow me to use my temp id to check in because I didn't have my old id. Common sense I lost it so therefore I paid for the temp until the original comes in the mail.. why do we get temporary ID s that not will accept if they never Accept the damn temp id I no longer see the purpose of they never accept a temp id anywhere needed...jenine - 10Scored 10

I rented Rm #177 first floor left my wallet and set of keys, the keys are the most important they belong to 3 cars. I realize 2 days later, had the housekeeper check the lost and found she said nothing was found. I said how can that be I know I left it in the dresser drawer and how can they said it wasn't there. i know it was. i had my ssn card and doctor's card and casinos cards with my name on them. That day it was a male that was clean the ground floor's. The wallet was a zip up small with window in front and keys had a motorcycle key and several other key for my expedition and Tercel. Can we have someone re-check and call me 575-235-8711, stayed 3 for 4 times in the month of Sept but do remember rm177.
