Santa Fe is a destination for adult peace and happiness.
Santa Fe is a destination for adult peace and happiness. The vibe of friendly people, unique shopping and ancient spirituality makes this a great place to visit off season. Taking time to talk to people and experience their art and culture makes Santa Fe a place I return to over and over again every year

I think Santa Fe one of the most beautiful little cities in the world. It has everything! Friendly souls, good shopping, history, beautiful climate, walkability, variety of places to eat, beautiful countryside and just an intelligence which I find difficult to define; just people in touch with their environment. I would go back in a FLASH!

We happened to be here during balloon festival in Albuquerque...disappointing that we didn't see more balloons flying around. It was central to the places we wanted to visit and I was interested in going to the Santa Fe plaza. My only issue was the prices for everything were crazy high. Fortunately, the day we went to the plaza, they were having a celebration of indigenous people and there were a lot of vendors in the plaza that we shopped from. The stores in the plaza are pretty much all high end boutique style stores. Visited the Loretto Chapel ( must see if in the area) and wanted to visit the St Francis Basilica but they were closed the day we were there which I wished we would have known (note for travelers who want to go in-they are closed on Mondays). Was hoping to get back the next day, but just didn't have time.

Excellent chill :artistic vibe place. Roads are excellent.
Excellent chill :artistic vibe place. Roads are excellent. People are generally friendly. I would never understand why 200 stores would have the same turquoise and silver . Canyon ranch was great and the churches plus the garden of sculptures by Gib singelton was great. Numerous hiking places.

Santa Fe is one of my favorite places to visit.
Santa Fe is one of my favorite places to visit. I love the plaza area with all of the shops and restaurants. The various restaurants are fun to explore. The surrounding area holds a lot of opportunity for adventure.
This was the second time we stayed at Coyote South. We love it there. The rooms are comfy, clean and artistically decorated. The lobby is welcoming, the people are friendly and the artistic touches are very well done. The breakfast is quite possibly my favorite hotel breakfast ever. The breakfast burritos are fabulous. The greek yogurt with add-ins is yummy. The coffee is great, and breakfast on a balcony is the best! The location of the hotel is very convenient in a walkable area. Santa Fe galleries and attractions are a short drive away.
This motel appears to be a bit of a working in progress and seems to have been recently taken over (the old sign is temporarily bagged over) and is now called the Santa Fe Inn and the new owners appear to be in the process of renovating it. There was no breakfast but there is a Walmart nearby. Parking on site is plentiful and this is one of the cheaper options for an overnight stay to explore the historic area of Santa Fe (10 minute drive with free on street parking after 8 pm). The staff were helpful and check in was efficient.
The hotel is located right in downtown about 5 minutes walk from the main plaza square with access to restaurants downtown but also a 10 minute walk from the railyard arts district. You really don't need a car if you're staying here to visit Santa Fe unless you're going to Meow Wolf or hiking at nearby trails. The staff are incredibly courteous and accommodating in providing recommendations as well as reservations for restaurants. The room is comfortably appointed with the usual bottled water, fridge, and amenities.
We loved everything about the Inn on the Alameda. It starts with the employees. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect...a short walk to the Plaza in Santa Fe and Canyon Road. The rooms were lovely and the breakfast good. They even had a free shuttle to take you around town since parking can be difficult. They had free parking on site which was a blessing. We would love to stay there again! Wonderful hotel with wonderful people in an amazing city!
Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast including fresh fruit and a variety of hot choices, easy parking, easy walk to the plaza, and close to many excellent restaurants. This is an older, refurbished property, not a luxury hotel, but a lot of thought has put into everything. For example: my room had a refrigerator that really worked, and a microwave that came in handy. In the lobby there is filtered water to fill your water bottle and good coffee cookies. Highly recommended.
The staff at the Drury Plaza is incomparable. They were friendly, accommodating, and did their best to make us feel valued. We were treated with such attention to our needs and understanding of our wishes, that their wonderful attitude contributed to our enjoyable experience and positive feeling towards Santa Fe. The people at Drury are outstanding ambassadors for their city. A special shout-out to Cat at the front desk who made us feel special throughout our stay.
We stayed in the "King Suite" which gave a comfortable "living room", couch, tv, microwave, fridge. Comfortable bedroom and nice bathroom. We brought our 2 small dogs with us and they were very welcome as others had dogs as well. They provide a shuttle all day to the downtown plaza and we were walking distance to the "Railyard District". Highly recommend Hotel Santa Fe. We came up from ABQ for a one night staycation and will do so again!
Was very close to shopping and a brief drive to the downtown plaza if you prefer the tourista scene. The restaurants in Santa Fe are mostly great and many had reduced hours and only some dine-in as yet but hotel was South and there were plenty of very good places to eat.
The staff check-in lady I dealt with was delightful and very helpful.
The hotel itself is very pleasant, this has quickly become one of my favorite hotels in Santa Fe. The vibe is very quaint and chill southwestern. It gives off a very authentic New Mexico feel. Staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable.
The proximity to the Plaza and the delicious breakfast burritos and New Mexico Piñon coffee were a huge plus. It was nice to have a full warm breakfast early before we headed to Ski Santa Fe and not have to make a bfast stop.
Given the relatively cheap price, the upkeep of the hotel and room were better than I expected. Extremely central location—next to the RailRunner train was very good for me. Overall recommend.
Room was very nice and tastefully decorated in Santa Fe style. Location was great in the Railyard District and easy walking distance from SF Plaza, restaurants, etc.
