Absolutely nothing. The front desk guy was nice but the motel was awful. The bed were disgusting and the non smoking room reeked of cigarettes. My fiancé attempted to take a bath and the hot water was gone within 5 minutes. Everything about the place was bad. I don't know how they are still in business.

VERY nicely appointed room with microwave, fridge, decent (but not great) bed. Next door is a very good casual restaurant with really good food and beer and reasonable prices. Really quite an excellent room for the price. Good pillows too.

I am from Williamsport, so it was nice coming back home and seeing the familiar faces of people in the community. Shannon made my stay very comfortable when we arrived. We had a long drive and a long day but check in with Shannon was quick, easy, and stress free. Thank you Shannon.

Property was dirty and poorly maintained, pool not working, computer and printer not working, breakfast is a continental breakfast, there IS a difference! Maid service was TERRIBLE! Exercise room is sorely lacking! Here is a message I sent the property this morning: "My name is Jim Handy and I stayed in room 214 this past Friday and Saturday, August 25 & 26. We were supposed to stay Sunday night August 27, but we just couldn't stay on that property any longer. As you already know we were not happy with our stay. There is not enough room here to say everything I wanted. The place was dirty, we couldn't use the pool, the computer was down, the maid service was terrible, and the "breakfast" was only a "continental" breakfast! We were VERY disappointed!"

Williamsport is an old city with many wonderful examples of 1900s architecture. There is a section called Millionaire's Row that also houses restaurants and attractions besides living quarters. Quite beautiful! There is quite a variety of things to do from the Little League Hall of Fame to museums to fishing and hiking. You won't be bored! The downtown has some interesting bars and restaurants as well. The traffic is nominal and most people are courteous. The hotel location near Wegmans grocery store and some downtown retail shops and conference centers is ideal.

We were in Williamsport for along weekend wedding at Herman & Luther's (which is a beautiful historic barn setting at the foothills of the mountains) Plus they have a deli on site and their food is amazing!
Lots of other restaurants to choose from, we enjoyed lunch at The Sticky Elbow. We shopped at TJMax and Homegoods before checking into our room at Genetti. Everything is within short proximity so it's easy to get around. Genetti is a historic hotel, could use a bit of updating in the rooms but good value, good breakfast included and very friendly and welcoming staff. Would definitely do it all the same if business brings me back tot he area.

We enjoyed delicious food and friendly staff at several local restaurants! The Bullfrog Brewery had creamy locally brewed root beer which we bought to take home to our family! The ribs at Barrel 135 were fantastic and Julie’s Diner for breakfast was superb!! We loved the walkability of the town and could basically find anything we wanted including a very nice Wegman’s Grocery Store in walking distance!

We enjoyed our stay, and enjoyed the downtown.
We enjoyed our stay, and enjoyed the downtown. They had a lot going on with vendors and music, there are walkable restaurants and breweries. We also always enjoy the Little League World Series location. So much history. It is a beautiful town.
We stayed here because our relatives in Williamsport had Covid. We thoroughly enjoyed the quiet hotel. We were able to relax and visit our healthy relatives. Thank you to the friendly staff. One thing I would like to say is that the food should be plentiful for guest until the breakfast time ends. We felt like a burden to ask for the oatmeal and eggs to be refilled. We got to the breakfast room with 30 minutes to spare. All in all, I would stay here again.
It is a historic hotel downtown, close to shopping places and walking distance from the river. The room was cozy and comfortable but of course nothing was brand new. The breakfast was plenty and tasty. The hotel is one of the tallest buildings so the room provided a very nice view of the July 4th fireworks.
We did not eat at the hotel, wanted to get out as fast as we could, in room 237 were we were put in, the bed closes to the door mattress was wet it was terrible, they would not even reduce our rate because the manager was not in yet. Said they would contact us but have not.
The hotel and room were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect and within walking distance of many restaurants and a few brew pubs. The staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The price was reasonable. I would stay here again.
This is one of those AirBNB hotels. No services at all. You get an email with a code to access your room and that's it. Everything has a very cold vibe - facilities etc. Even the bed was extremely firm. Will not be staying here again.
Budget inn at Williamsport was more than I excepted. Last min trip easy booking. The checkin was smooth. I am handicap and they was able to accommodate us with a handicap room. The room was clean and much bigger than expected.
Breakfast was good, except wasn't informed about paying an extra $5 I would get breakfast included so I had to pay full price. The location was great! Loved the resturant/bar inside hotel.
Shannon at the front desk was so friendly, helpful and made our stay wonderful!
Pet friendly hotel made us feel more at home.
Room was clean, area was quiet and parking was a breeze.
The hotel was generally clean and the staff was friendly. We just stayed a night on our way further south. Location was good and included breakfast buffet was quite satisfactory.
Staff let me choose my favorite quiet room away from street. Plus good microwave and refrigerator and usually only four star hotels have bathtub and shower
