Great staff who understood our needs and compensated us for an amenity that was supposed to be included in our room but was not; Convenient location; Easy travel to Orillia where we had lots of choices for eating. If you really want windows/doors that can open (like I do) then this may not be the place for you. With all that fresh air it was a real disappointment that we didn't have access to it unless we sat out on the balcony.LMichSwimUnited States of America - 2.0Scored 2.0

We were very close to the Horseshoe Valley Alpine and...
We were very close to the Horseshoe Valley Alpine and Nordic Centres. Also, the community of Craighurst was only 10 minutes away. Craighurst has a grocery store (with LCBO outlet), a pharmacy, gas station, specialty Chocolate store, and a full service restaurant. I noted a few other businesses that we did not use.
