The view from the room is beautiful. Too bad it was raining the morning that we left, so we didn’t get to enjoy it much. The room was nice and modern and the bed was comfortable.

It was mid October so I didn't swim but the dog did and loved it.
Beautiful sand beach, we walked it, great view. Loved the sound of the surf from our accommodation as well as watching on the one stormy day we had there.

Aside from the beach being so beautiful, it is great for a family with kids! There is a canteen to order food and cold drinks from right by the beach. and there are bathrooms and change rooms which are perfect when you plan on spending an entire afternoon there. You can also shower outside to get all the sand off before going back in your car. This is key when you have kids and do not want a pile of sand taken home with you :) Also the beach is long, so you do not have to be super close to people if you want space, and there is a lot of sand for kids to play in.

Beautiful beaches with clearly marked signage and nice facilities. Various artisans are located along the trail so experiencing local flair is easily accessible. The restaurants all have great food items and there is something for everyone. There are some key businesses in the area so obtaining supplies you may need is easy.

A good place to stay overnight if you want to visit the National Park. May hiking paths close by ,nice scenery and waterfalls etc. Only minutes to hiking areas. Best in the summer. I was there in the autumn and the colours were very nice. There is only one good restaurant there, the Keltic Inn.In the summer many nicknack places and the campgrounds , of course.

The beach was beautiful.
The beach was beautiful. We took the walk near the lake and I noticed how much was offered to children with the playground, the beach near the lake, and Ingonish beach! Fantastic for a family. We enjoyed the walk and the scenery. It’s interesting to see the lake, the ocean, and their beaches.
Amazing breakfast provided by the owner. Blueberry pancakes, sausages and coffee. Wonderful way to start the day. Friendly atmosphere. Very tastefully decorated hotel room, comfy beds. Fabulous location at the start of the Cabot Trail. 2 great trails within walking distance. Wonderful view from the balcony. Have recommended to our family to stay there if they ski at Cape Smokey.
Great location, the Inn is right on the edge of the park, easy access to Ingonish Beach. Luckily, We got assigned to the water view room, it's big and cozy with 2 beds and a tv. Even though the facility is a bit old, the owner still kept it nice and clean. Breakfast is our favorite, coffee and bread up your choice and the owner can make the perfect egg up your preference.
Super clean place to stay in Cabot Trail area, just before south east park entrance. Mike, the owner is friendly and knowledgeable in area attractions and places to visit (beach, trails.....) House cat is the cutest!!!! Room looked out on Ingonish beach area for fabulous sunrise colors. Would stay there again any time. Home-style breakfast bonus included.
Hotel was just like a B&B in the UK. The room was clean and spacious with two beds. Shower was accessible. It was in a quiet location with gardens. Ideally placed at the beginning of the Cabot Trail. The owner was very informative and gave us a sheet of ideas for walks and viewpoints along the Trail. He also recommended a restaurant along the road.
Great variety at breakfast. The inside seating area is quaint and the views are beautiful from the deck. Early breakfast start was appreciated (7am).
The hotel is a little outside the main area but worth the drive in my opinion.
I was upgraded and that was a surprising and much appreciated gesture.
A nice chalet in the heart of Cabot trail at Ingonish , close to the ingonish beach . They didn’t have any stuff onsite for check in check out . But didn’t have any problem with our stay . I had to call them one time and was connected within less than a minute to an agent . Overall a nice experience.
The view of the water and sunset was beautiful!!
There was a small harbor, about a 10 minute walk form the cabin. It was a wonderful surprise to see the fishing boats, watch the sunrise and take pictures on my morning walk. Great "Nova Scotia Road Trip" memories!
I loved the large windows and deck facing the water. It was bright and clean and the bed was firm but comfy.
Easy to locate and close to Ingonish Beach.
Staff were friendly and hot food was available.
What a great spot! Secluded but easy access to park and village! Chalets were beautiful, spacious and had everything you needed. Clean, clean, clean! The trail to the beach was the icing on the cake!
There was no breakfast provided, unfortunately.
The location was good, beautiful surroundings and chalets adequately separated. The kitchen was well organized.
