I booked a return flight to New Jersey after just 4 hours at the resort. The accommodations were filthy, food was disgusting, and the bars were never tended by anyone. It was the biggest vacation disaster I've ever experienced. I slept with the lights on because I was hoping it would scare the bugs into the walls (which were crumbling and had large holes). The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in several months and there was mold on the light fixture, the curtains, and the walls. I would avoid this resort if you are not a native, it's really a resort for the locals. Food is not good, lines are long, 80% of the Staff are unfriendly and don't really want to be there. Locals are not as friendly compared to other places and the managers seem like thugs just raking in the money and could care less if you liked your stay there or not. Managers just see you as a walking dollar sign. P.s whoever responds to my negative reveiw don't bother because we all know you don't really care so save your typing.

I enjoyed the nightly shows the most and breakfast and lunch was our favorite. Didn’t like that there wasn’t a swim up bar from the pool. Also didn’t like that the resort didn’t shuttle to and from the airport and it’s a long drive from the airport. We had to rent a car. The activities should’ve also included English it was all done in Spanish .

Horrible infested rooms , rooms aren't accurately advertised. Don't waste your money. Totally inaccurate description of rooms. They try to force you to wait before checking time for a presentation.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are vary and abundant, snacks and drinks are also tasteful, the cocktails are not strong, but have to be consumed cautiously in the sun. Internet works perfectly and free everywhere in the hotel's area. There is a pool just for adults!:)

The shows at the hotel are amazing! Due to COVID-19, they had 2 functions, at 8 PM and 10 PM, they are in Spanish. The cocktails are great but I felt that they had a lot of sugar syrup. The food was amazing and tasty. There is always something to do in the hotel, and there are activities for all the days.
