Reception were extremely helpful, the security on site were very good. Our room was a very good size, well decorated and had everything we needed. The bathroom was also equipped with all we needed. Breakfast was interesting, you pre booked your choice of food in the evening and the time you wanted breakfast. When you arrived in the Breakfast Room your food was ready for you. Close by was Lake Maggiore which was really interesting.AnnGreece
