The AC unit in my room did not work.
The AC unit in my room did not work. I let the front desk know and they said they would have it looked at, but it was never fixed during our stay in June. We opened the window to cool the room down and get fresh air. The area around the hotel is run down. It looked like an old business district that was hit with hard times. However, the train station is right across the street (very convenient) and there is a shopping mall next door with access to Auchan, similar to a Walmart with a full grocery store. The hotel charged me for breakfasts that were charged to my room. We never ate there and it took a few emails, after I returned home, to get this charge refunded to my credit card.

It takes approximately 30 minutes train ride either way (from hotel to Disneyland or hotel to Paris- Auber station). And since hotel is outside Paris city center, the price is not as steep. Whats also good is that hotel offers free drinking water via a water dispenser on every floor (includes both still and sparkling water). Theres also a nearby mall with grocery.

The mattress was good, the free coffee on the lobby was so welcoming, and especially the small heating was everything to me because I had to walk on rain so I was hugging the heating all the time hahah. Check in and check out was so fast and I loved that. I would like to visit again this Hotel

You can park free at the "Bowling de la Matène", but be aware that it is closed at night when bowling center is closed, so you should park somewhere else if you plan to drive in early morning.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is a 8 minute drive from the RER train station. Since the room has no AC, the hotel has provided fans in the rooms. Overall a comfortable stay.
