Very pleasant stay at this hotel. Polite and friendly service, clean and spacious rooms, rich breakfast, nice location - equal distance to Megeve and to Chamonix, sauna and a swimming pool. Well recommended if you are looking to explore the region!

Facilities overall are amazing. We loved the room, very cozy, warm, clean, and everything is done with the high quality. The views from the room of the mountains and the village were very nice. The facilities were good with the sauna one can book and use after skiing etc. Loved it all!

Personnel were really great but wanted to shout out to Fabian the concierge who took away any friction from the trip. He matched me up with a ski instructor and restaurant reservations were lined up perfectly. The property is newly renovated and the rooms are very comfortable.

I haave to book a room in this hotel, due to my husband broke his leg during the ski holiday and was sent to the nearby hospital. After I booked the room, I was told the hotel hasn't got a lift, and also no ground floor. I was told to get the full refund as I can't move in without a lift. But next day, the hotel changed their mind, no refund was given back, the reason is my booking is non refundable. I was been taken all the money. Probably it is my fault didn't check all the detail carefully before booking, but when a person is in desperate, it is natural you didn't read all the detail. It was a bad experience for that. I don't think it is reasonable. Not happy with the way they dealt with my case.
