I love the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff. The pool facilities were fantastic. The decor is lovely and very calming. The location and view of the lake is terrific. A quick drive from Sydney and you have the peace and tranquility of the lake to look over from your balcony. Very relaxing. The pub next door/attached to the resort has great food and drinks with a terrific atmosphere and a great view.

Toukley was very relaxed, people were friendly, and so many facilities or venues were close by and walking distance from the Toukley Motor Inn. The staff were very accommodating and the experience was great in general. I would happily stay again at TMI and visit the beaches around the Toukley area. Westfield's is within 30 minutes drive, beaches within 5 minutes, and can walk to almost anything else to have a fun day/night with friends or family.

We had a horse racing at Wyong and looked for convenient comfortable affordable accommodation. The weather was windy, cold, wet and miserable in Jan which is not normal. In decent weather it would be a great place to stay with kids so long as you have a SMALL vehicle and you don’t move it.

The room was in the basement under the ground with no windows or balcony just like a prison cell. Those information were not available on booking.com when we made the reservation which was really upsetting and misleading

Toukley is surrounded by water, beautiful Lakes and beaches. It is a clean and very friendly town, and has everything you would want, including shopping centres not far away. The weather is perfect nearly all year around. Whilst Adelaide and Melbourne were sweltering with temperatures in the 40’s Toukley had 20-30 deg temperatures.

Crap carp carp waste of money way to loud if I was told it was a party centre I would not of even bothered looking at this place ever, the restaurant they had on site had nothing on the menu so we went to other places. Wish I looked more into This place

One of the best hotels we have stayed ever, warm welcome, friendly and very helpful manager. We have never seen rooms so clean everything was just perfect. Pool ,Spa and sauna was so relaxing, the free continental breakfast was lovely simple and located at a beautiful spot facing the lake. We will recommend this Resort to our friends and family and will be coming back soon.

My family and I (4 adults and 6 children) stayed there (2 twin beds sea view bedrooms) for one night and it was a fantastic day. We enjoyed so much . Such a great place I highly recommend it.. Heated pool Friendly staff Very delicious breakfast specially the eggs 😋 The view was so nice

Great location next to Canton Beach. Short drive to cafes and Toukley shopping centre. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Accommodation was comfortable, clean and well maintained. We have stayed here before and this was an improvement from our previous stay. Will return again.

Stayed in the water deluxe room and the view was lovely. The room was spacious and the bed was quite big. The customer service was top notch, ever staff member was kind. The pool times were good. The inside of the hotel was beautiful and very beachy. Enough parking for everyone.
