    The staff of this hotel seemed to be illiterate. Because despite having ID proof, the booking was canceled at one o'clock in the night on the grounds that father's name was written instead of husband's name in the Aadhaar card. Even though booking is done before and when we go to the hotel and that too at one o'clock in the night the booking is canceled due to such reasons.Bakus hotel...Bakus reception staff old ege......not worthy of the hotel.

    Breakfast was not included but we had from the restaurant below the hotel, which was good. The dinner was also nice and freshly made and tasted really good. Staff were few but willing to help. They helped with luggage and replace dirty towels…Overnight Parking was safe and secure. Twin beds were comfortable but very narrow. Soap and shampoo provided.

    The hotel staff was really nice and friendly. The hair spa was excellent. I would definitely recommend it!! The place was very peaceful and relaxing. Food was amazing. The entire hotel and rooms were very clean. They had the sanitization at every corner of the hotel.

    Not at all likely to stay in this hotel because of foul smells in washrooms towels are very bad conditions the bed mattresses the line and covers or dirty the food quality was not appropriate wrong statements by the dining staff that's it.

    Breakfast was good for a 3-star hotel. Room was well furnished and convenient for my office work. Bed was large and comfortable. Prior to arrival here I stayed in 5-star hotel with far worse facilities .

    Everything is really as expected from a good hotel. They accomodated us quite late in the night and also gave us an upgrade in the rooms category. Would recommend it any time for family trips.
