Very odd place - looks like a Soviet bloc housing project from the late 70s, and the design style carries over to the inside. Large room, clearly meant for families - full kitchen, table & chairs, TV on stand - but a little creepy. Nice ultra deep and long bathtub though, with excellent water pressure, and in-room water heater means you never run low. Couldn't imagine why I'd booked the place until I saw the pool out back, on the way to the breakfast hall. Must have been fun for kids in it's heyday.

The staff spoke English, Portuguese, and French. They were extremely kind and accommodating with our infant son. The breakfast was good and well worth the cost (5 euro per adult). The property has a beautiful garden and is well taken care of. We didn't have time to use it, but the pool looked very clean. The owner has chickens, ducks, and guinea pigs that our son enjoyed watching. I would stay here again.

Staff were helpful. We came late at night but the owner was there to help us to enter the property. Nice calm place to get away from everything. Concept is good. Beds were comfortable and tents were clean.

It was Immaculate. Lovely hotel with a bar and restaurant, close to the Government office we had to see the next day. Great breakfast included. Garage parking but tight fit getting in and out. Very nice staff who all spoke English. Just a lovely place and very reasonable.

Everything about this place is exceptional. From the first day we arrived, meeting with host, the warm welcoming, hospitality, how they dealt with all our requests promptly and efficiently, made us feel as we are in our own house as a part of a family. About the facilities, everything that we read about it before booking, we found even better upon our arrival there. Regarding the location, we were surrounded with the vineyards (the taste of the grapes is exceptional), orchards (sweet apples), swimming in the pool with incredible greenery around you, far enough but still close enough to Lisbon... We have only words of praise for everything we experienced in those 5 days being here.
