I arrived very early, around 11 am from Zermatt, and was extremely tired. Check-in is at 3 pm,but they accommodated me right away, and I was very thankful for that. The staff is great and very welcoming, I also requested additional days, and they were pleased to accommodate me again as well. I really appreciated that since I'm from California and the time change had me thrown way off,I needed the extra rest before going out and adventuring again.

Wow what an amazing hotel! We arrived for one night on the way to Zermatt and wish we could stay for longer! This is a hidden gem in amazing location and a wonderful view! The breakfast is magnificent and so many options (even for vegans) the out door pool is heated with a lovely outdoor sauna just the best activity with the lovely view

The view of the room was amazing, we had the lake view and it was amazing. The location of the hotel is good, it is close to the bus top and form there you can go to Spiez and Interlaken. However, the bus doesn't pass in a good frequency. The hotel is good, the breakfast is very Swiss, but with everything fresh.
