Location was amazing. The room was comfortable and immaculately clean. The bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Staff , especially Kieran and Lyndsey, in the restaurant were helpful and accommodating.

Easy check in with the keys in the lockbox. Alan, our host, responded quickly to our queries. The apartment was clean and tidy, which could accommodate 4 of us. Everything we needed was there. The kitchen was well equipped and we can prepare simple meals. The beds were comfortable which allowed us a good sleep. The location was good too, within walking distance to the town center and near driving to places of attractions around Balloch. The TV entertainment channels were great! And finally the checking out like any other instructions was easy and simple. Thanks Alan and June. We had a great stay although it was only for two nights.

Everything ..it was spotlessly clean .The instructions we spot on ! The little thoughtful gestures ,like milk in the refrigerator ,tea coffee and other pantry items showed a great attention to detail ! Loved our stay there !

Beautiful scenery on the walks to Loch Lomond shores, if you can get on the boat tour then I would definitely recommend, so tranquil. The Tullie Inn is directly next to the train station and across the road is the boat trips booking office. We’ve stayed here a few times. Pleasant staff, cosy, comfortable and clean spacious rooms.

We have stayed there before. Like where it sits on the Loch. Easy access to parking. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Food good and great variety. The only downside is there is no sitting area away from the restaurant at night. Could do with a little bar to have a quiet drink before going to bed. Didn't spend a huge amount of time in Balloch bit did a Loch Cruise with Sweeneys which was very pleasant. Also took a walk through the Castle Park and saw a Red Squirrel there, park is beautiful too which also has a walled garden. Visitor information was very accommodating, good food. Train, buses good service. Resturant, Mavi, Princess Rose, Tullies so far Good food and hosts. Loved the train and bus drivers helpful too. Corner store by train very accommodating, can get sim card for your phone and some groceries, small deli, people use a lot, friendly owners/workers xx Shopping mall too/like. With things children can ride and ply on. Buses to go from Balloch area, walked a lot from Bruach Lodge, thru a park with picnic tables with fire pits to cook otherside is view of the Loch. Stop off to eat in Duck Bay/Hotel, good food in restaurant, pleasant service and coffee shop with eats. Still discovering xx Small pharmacy, gift shop too Need more shopsAAnonymous - 10Scored 10

Very nice area, we ate and drank in a couple of the bars/restaurant in the area but by far the best was 'the dog house' and 'Mavi' where we we greeted like locals and had a good afternoon drinking, before continuing into the Mavi for drinks and Scottish Folk night which was excellent. The staff, owners, and customers alike were all very friendly. I wish it was easier for us to go back!Myers

Separate shared bathroom looks to have been recently upgraded, which was nice. The room itself was nice and big so plently of space to spread out. Was warm too so didn't need to worry about extra bedding or anything like that. It sounded like everyone really enjoyed the Karaoke in the bar downstairs on Sunday night.
