The staff topped everything of the experience. This is a no frills hotel, and located at a very very convenient place on Bang Tao beach. I was personally travelling as a pass through guest after a few days on a liveaboard, however the staff were super helpful with everything from helping with airport drops, inter city drops and appointments. Great place to just unwind centrally.

The hotel is across Bang Tao beach (10 minute walk) which is a perfect swimming and walking beach. The hotel is a contemporary design with a lovely rooftop pool/bar and rooftop dining area. The amenities were great with an equipped kitchenette, balcony, sofa, drinking water, pool towels, access to complimentary spa (sauna/ice room). The breakfast buffet was included and satisfying every morning. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. There were many cute restaurants and bars to walk to.

It’s An Amazing Beach. The Nomad restaurant is one of the best. Amonde’ the Manager and his staff are AWESOME. Just as Your entering Nomad restaurant from the street is a glass room. Inside is an older man who does therapy massage. He’s a very healing man. He works for whatever you want to give. I suggest that You give a lot. It’s a must if your body is in Pain. We fled and booked through booking.com the wonderful 5star hotel Shangri La at the riverside in Bangkok

the bed was really comfy and the garden and pool and bathroom all great. Location great, room quiet. AC was good. Able to sleep well. Did not like the inauthentic friendliness of some of the staff, would liked to have had a mosquito net as the room had a lot of mosquitos and did not appreciate being asked to pay again upon arrival when I had already paid months ago using booking.com. Also did not like the fact that you cannot visit different beaches very easily and taxi rides are expensive. All trips were also extremely expensive such as elephant ride, jet ski's and trips to islands. Also unfortunately there had been an oil spill and after a walk you had oil on your feet which the hotel supplied parrafin and a rag!!! water couldn't get rid of it. People were still swimming.
