It's just not far from Bangkok at all.
It's just not far from Bangkok at all. About 1 hour plus to travel. We stopped at Samut Sonkhram railway market where the train track run in the middle of the market. Store sellers take their shades/umbrella down each time train comes pass. Interesting way of living of the locals.

The location is great. The restaurant (breakfast area) faces the river. The bungalows and the rooms were clean and well-designed. We had a very good breakfast with a variety of options. I was amazed by the fresh taste of the shrimp. The hotel is approximately 1 km away from the railway market. We travelled by car, so it was quite convenient for us. However, it may be difficult if you dent have your own car.
