The facility was great, and the king-size room and the bathroom were very comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful. The location is about 20 minutes from the 'teleferico' to Kuelap, but you need a car.

The family running the place was very friendly and understanding. They let us check in at 5 or 6 in the morning without any additional charge and when there was no internet in the town (therefore, all the atms were out of service and there was no possibility of paying by card anywhere) they gave us back some of the cash we paid for the accommodation so we could go to another town and withdraw money :D The location was also perfect - short walk to the long distance bus terminal, less than 10 min to the town square and less than 10 min to the local terminal for colectivos!
