This is a small town with a lot of history in it's buildings
This is a small town with a lot of history in it's buildings It's Walls and up to the Moorish fort are so scenic and offer a lot of walking, it really is a bit lost in time. Very old town with cobbled streets and what seemed like churches everywhere, high arches at each end of main street allowing vehicle access to tiny shops and some side roads so narrow, only pedestrians can use. Lovely town to visit but also very small

Upon arrival at the hotel in the middle of an unprecedented heatwave we were told that the hotel’s air-conditioning had broken down and could not be repaired during our stay but a fan had been provided. The fan proved to be very good but not, of course, as good as air-con! Evening meal and breakfast were very good and the service was excellent. The room rate was very good value for money.
