Set in pine forest and overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, this adults-only hotel is located near the small town of Deia. Costa D'or hotel is designed to blend in with the surrounding landscape.

The scenery, the atmosphere, the friendly staff were extraordinary. The breakfast buffet was varied and had everything for every taste, which was a relief for me as someone who is intolerant to certain foods. The interior design was beautiful and comfortable. Watching the sunset from the terrace was pure bliss. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel.
Featuring a terrace and bar, Hostal Villa Verde-Adults Only is located in the quiet area of Deia, just a 5-minute walk from San Juan Bautista Church.

Deia is a special place in the mountains of Mallorca. Super walkable. The trails and the beach are super cool and the restaurants are all good. Nice vibe and well worth the visit. Different than anything else I have seen on my trips to Mallorca. Will be back.

The ancient city of Deià is charming with spectacular acces to one of mallorcas most beautiful coves. We loved our stay here, but it is a quiet town with only a few restaurants. The Wednesday market in the square is also tiny. i was expecting a larger market from the reviews and was disappointed there wasn’t more to look around at. The town itself is so beautiful and ancient, it almost feels like a movie set. the people are super friendly. We encountered many locals who knew five languages but only had a little english, so be prepared with a translator app and if you have a little french. most people know that, or german but you won’t have 100% guarantee that you will be able to communicate if you don’t have the basics of spanish. even so, you would get by fine as the locals will work with you until you understand each other.

Easy public bus service to Palma, Valldemossa, Sóller and Port Sóller. A good handful of nice restaurants and a couple of bars. Would improve with a takeaway and sandwich shop but there is a supermarket which is open until late.
Trattoria Italiano, Xelini and Es Punt are my favourite restaurants but there are other more upmarket restaurants that are nice such as Restaurant Deia and Sa Vinya. Haven’t tried Sebastian but is said to be nice for a special meal out. Best bar is Sa Fonda - very cool and casual.
It is a 10 minute walk to Robert Graves house museum and a 25 minute walk down to the Cala.
Valldemossa is pretty but quite touristy, Sóller is lovely for lunch and Port Sóller is a nice resort by the sea & beach. Thanks the orange train from Sóller to Palma is wonderful or down to the Port from Sóller.

Having first visited Deia over 30 years ago I was saddened by the changes. During the day this small hill village is packed with tourists and traffic. There are lots of small cafes and restaurants to keep everyone fed and watered but the pavements are narrow and the number of people don’t make for a relaxing visit. I’m afraid it has lost it’s charm.

Deia is one of the prettiest places I have ever been, definitely a hidden gem of Spain that I don't think many people associate with Mallorca. The buildings are exquisite, the tranquility soothing and the hotels 5 star!

The ambience of a small village but with superb shops and restaurants. Having previously lived in Deia the steps and hills one had to negotiate were not a surprise but for those visiting Deia for the first time it may be a bit of a shock. And those folks with mobility issues, Deia can be a challenge. A fabulous place that draws you back and gets in your soul.
Clara met us on arrival, helped us navigate the road in, and did a great job letting us know about the surrounding area and house itself. She was super friendly and informative.
Located in an olive grove, surrounded by charming sheep, and a pretty walk to nearby Deia beach and the village itself, the house was the absolute perfect place for exploring or just sipping wine and watching the sunset. I can't recommend it enough; we'll definitely be back.
The staff and service was outstanding. Very friendly and always helpful. Babies were welcome and the hotel even offered a "daycare" service. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of local specialities and more. The beds were really comfortable and you could select your perfect pillow from the pillow menu - we slept perfectly. I especially loved the pool with an outstanding view and the variety of restaurants at the location.
The hotel is absolutely stunning with decades old stonework set into the hillside. The views are spectacular! Our favorite meal was breakfast out on the terrace. Amazing selection and all very good. We could have stayed for a week!! Big pool for laps, trails for walking and hiking, short stroll into Deia to explore... so good. My favorite hotel I have ever stayed in. We will absolutely be back for another visit.
From arrival to check out, we loved every moment at Sa Pedrissa. Stunning views and beautiful landscape indeed. Staffs looked after us so well. Everyone was so friendly and caring. Excellent food options and quality for such a boutique hotel. Big thanks to Chef Marcel who impressed us with all the meals and drinks at Es Pi. Highly recommended.
This house and Deia is the abs highlight of our trip in Mallorca! The house is located on top of the old town, you will get an amazing view better than any mirado in town. We enjoyed our stay here a lot. The owner made us feeling comfortable like home. It’s the place we will stay if we are back in the island. 🥰💚
We stayed in an apartment at this lovely hotel. It was perfectly located with a very easy walk into Deia town. We added the buffet breakfast after we saw how good it looked, perfect Spanish breakfast with cheeses, meats, fruits, breads and pastry’s etc. Stunning mountain views from our apartment.
beautiful hotel. very quiet and relaxing. about 5 mins drive to deia centre. there is a bus that stops just outside the hotel to deia and dolled which was really handy as there only a handful of taxis. staff wee friendly and really helpful. Would recommend for a stay in Deia.
We had a lovely stay in this hotel- beautiful views from the room, and lovely decor.
Staff were friendly, and location was right in the middle of town.
Our room was cleaned and beds made every day- which we weren’t expecting from somewhere that calls itself a hostel!
beautiful place to stay in Deia, real traditional dwelling with awesome views. We love places that are 'real' and this was perfect. We had one helluva wind storm the night we stayed so I thanked the owner in the morning for arranging the 'espectàculo' specially for us!!
great staff with warm welcoming Alejandro, the son. beautiful location with beautiful building and decoration. the place is a magic. The place is decorated with old vibes, olive trees, and palm where breakfast is served which overlooks the valley of Deia.
It’s the most peaceful, tranquil hotel with a view to die for. Everyone who works there goes out of there way to make sure you have the most relaxing time. It’s not cheap but honestly it’s worth every penny
Stunning location in central Deia. Stylish hotel w lovely pool and tasty breakfast. Really good customer service. We stayed in a 2 bedroom appartment. I’d love to return there for longer next time.
Absolutely magnificent hotel
The room was big and comfy, the views were amazing
The parking was a big plus although the entryway to the parking was very steep
Staff was very welcoming
