Miriam, the receptionist, housekeeper, maintenance, and overall amazing hostess, was terrific! She was so gracious. Helped us with directions, places not to miss, and restaurants. She also gave us instructions to our hotel in Bilboa! The hotel is beautiful situated in the countryside - so it was just heaven - so quiet! And the restaurant attached, delicious! A very nice room equipped with everything you would expect in at least a four-star hotel. The restaurant served delicious local dishes and wines. I don't like to price my stays, but this time I decided to do it because in my opinion this place is special.

The hotel and the rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. Outdoors you can enjoy the view and peacefull surroundings while reading a book in one of the super comforable sofas.
