Unfortunately we couldn't try breakfast cause our check-out was very early, but Jenny prepared homemade muffins with delicious English tea for us. It was a pleasure to be in this cozy home. This accommodation has so many heavy locked doors! I didn't feel like being in a motel, I felt like being in a clean dungeon without a fridge or a kitchen to have some hot water or warm up a food.... I don't recommend it to anyone!SSoudabeh - 10Scored 10
Truro's Victoria Park is a wonderful place.
Truro's Victoria Park is a wonderful place. The town has great restaurants and is easy to navigate. The people are friendly and helpful. The roads could use a little work on them. Thai Express and Mezza where good for tasty fast food. The British Cafe was great with very friendly staff and you could take your dog to the outdoor patio.ChrisCanada - 10Scored 10

Very nice town with lots of shopping and markets. Very close to the masstown market. Very easy to get around truro and lots of restaurants to choose from. The ho ho wok chinese food restaurant served the best chinese food we have ever eaten.

not sure the name of the gas station it was near the train...
not sure the name of the gas station it was near the train tracks on the street that runs paralel with the tracks advertised on the main sign advertised 1.32 l ? you pull up to the pump I noticed 1.38 L for regular the 1.32 L WAS FOR DIESEL .This little scheme by 1 company puts the whole town reputation in jeopardy.PS LOVE YOU TRURO FOLKS

Victoria Park was excellent Swiss Chalet is the best in the Province Not to easy to get around Truro. You need a GPS The Glooscap Trail is great ,very scenic. Truro a great central location to go to other places of interest.

It was clean, the bed was comfortable, but there is almost always a slight 'motel' smell in these older motels. We have been on the road for 4 weeks now.
