The staff extremely efficient and courteous
Breakfast is HUGE and diverse, you can find everything you want
Beds are super comfortable and the view from the room is breathtakingly beautiful
The room was big and comfortable with enough electric outlets
There are a lot of services we didn't use, like spa, travel agency, shop and private sea shore (it was too cold to swim).
The restaurant is excellent with a wide choice of food and drinks
We used their service to get to the airport and it was perfect too for a very acceptable price
All in all, perfect

I loved EVERYTHING about this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. In addition, there is a bus that goes to Dubrovnik’s old town that stops directly in front of the hotel, which is super convenient (it’s the 4 bus). I really like that you can get breakfast as early as 6 am because this gives you enough time to eat in case you have an early tour. The breakfast buffet has a variety of options, too.

The staff was very friendly and we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was a great short vacation and the hotel exceeded our expectation. We had an amazing room with a panoramic sea view. The room had everything we needed. There was allot of activities that we were able to do within the hotel especially for a family with a kid. From visiting the pool to the close beach and playgrounds within Maro's world, my kid enjoyed all these activities. The breakfast and the dinner buffet was great with very good variety. Overall it was an amazing stay for us and we totally recommend this hotel if you ever visit Dubrovnik.

It is very interesting place, very well maintained.
It is very interesting place, very well maintained. The old town is rather small and unless you want to visit all museums, you do not need more than a weekend. Walk on the city walls is a must, as well just walling about the town. Be aware that it is not a cheap place to go out and if you plan to rent a car, parking maybe very expensive

The scenery was AMAZING like I've never seen before in any city we have visited. Everyone we spoke to felt the same. We have never seen such a clean city, no litter anywhere. Not one piece. Congratulations Dubrovnik. No homeless people asking for money or food.
The flip side is its so expensive for absolutely everything. From a Cappuccino 6 euros depending where you goto a beer 8-10 euros to the main meal Only 70 euros. So a meal out for 2 adults was always 140 euros whether it was lunch or dinner. You will need deep pockets 200 plus per day.
Our apartment cost 720 euros it was a steal, the best view ever. Close to everything we needed. A local shop 100 meters away. Which was local prices. A local beach 2 minutes away and old town 5 minutes away.
I would recommend visiting Dubrovnik, using public transport having a good look around this amazing city

Amazing city. We had high expectations and it exceeded them.
Amazing city. We had high expectations and it exceeded them. We truly had great holidays. Little not here: we went in April and it seems to be the best time to go according to all the local people we talked to. Everyday, it was between 23-25 degrees and sunny, but the city was not super crowded because it was not yet high season.

The bells ringing hourly drove us mental. Charging 35 euro to walk the wall and 29 euro for a six minute cabe car ride are both extortionate.
It's a nice city but food and drinks are pricey compared to other places.
Somewhere to visit on a day trip not stay for a week like we did.

Dubrovnik is expensive.
Dubrovnik is expensive. About 50% to 100% as expensive as other Croatian places (Split, Zadar, etc.).
But in contrast to other Croatian cities, it did not lose its population. So, you have a specific spirit of the place. In history, their specialty was trade, diplomacy, spying and corruption.
In modern times, this translates into a city where waiters learn foreign languages during winter, where tourism is not without limits (noise is controlled, bags with wheels forbidden, etc.) and where the staff is attentive and trying to connect with the tourists.
So, expensive but I would say worth it.

This is a really new and nice apartment. It is one of the best ones we have ever rented. It is like a 5 stars hotel, just with the comfort of your home. The parking place on the roof of the building with the background of Dubrovnik's harbor is simply awesome. I recommend to all men to take the opportunity and make some pictures of your car. :)
Additionally, the Host is very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for the best accommodation in Dubrovnik for your money this one is definitely should be considered.
Nothing more could be added to what has already been said about the apartment: 5 star +.
The inclusion of a couple of sun lounges would have been nice though as a few hours in the day were spent enjoying the superb vista.
For us, the best way to Dubrovnik Old Town was via the steps on `PUT OD BOSANKE` - just across from the taxi rank at the entrance to the town. After every 2nd step there`s a 2mtr long flat part that allows you to take a breather.....or to step aside for younger ones to overtake!
The Rixos is an amazing hotel, the views are incredible and is within walking distance of the Old Town (around 4 euro using Uber). The food was exceptional (we stayed half board) as was the service we received. The hotel was clean and the facilities are as you would expect of a 5 star hotel. The Spa was lovely and was totally worth a visit. A wonderful and memorable stay and we can't wait to go back.
Location was great! It was located in Old town.
I could go to everywhere old town by walk. There were a great kitchen and sofas. Room were clean, wide and beautiful. When I could not find hotel for check-in, staff gave to me a so kind information a variety of ways.
It was very very nice hotel.
I was happy during staying in Dubrovnik.
If I stay to Dubrovnik, I will choose this Misko apartment.
- Excellent breakfasts with a wide variety of options.
- The staff was incredibly helpful, caring, and attentive throughout our stay.
-The spa facilities were amazing and provided a great way to relax and unwind.
-The hotel's private beach was fantastic, offering a peaceful and enjoyable experience.
- The location was convenient, with a short 15-minute bus ride to the old town of Dubrovnik.
Everything as it’s brand new. The bed was as good as any 5 star hotel. Super easy to get to the Old town as there is a bus stop right across the road. Also a supermarket. Highly Recommend it.
The only issue Is google maps doesn’t recognise it as it’s a brand new development but if you put in “ The Fairy s Cave “ that apartment is in the same complex and will take you right there
The breakfast was prepared to order when we arrived. The best breakfast we’ve ever had at a hotel. The location was unbeatable—right in the middle of the old town but on a quiet street. The hotel personnel were exceptional. You will never find a more accommodating staff. The building and the rooms were very charming. I don’t see how you could make a better choice in Dubrovnik.
Calm however very well located (20mins by walk from the city center, closest beach is within 5 mins). Host is very nice and flexible. We did not know when we booked but the apartments are shared with Nuns whom taking care about the garden and live there generally. It was amazing, we got Blessed when we left. None of the 5 star luxury hotels have this service :)
Comfortable, clean, quiet rooms with a good view. The location of the hotel is perfect, 2 minutes from the bus stop which takes you to the Old Town (bus no. 6). Everything is handled with a smile, I had a very warm welcome and they were helpful to prepare my room before the checkin time. I strongly recommend this hotel if you plan to stay in Dubrovnik.
This wonderful historic hotel is right in the middle of the old town so that you experience old Dubrovnik from within
I really can’t say enough good things
5 Stars not enough
Loved the room - spacious and with character
Fabulous bathroom
Superb cuisine - don’t dine anywhere else
Best breakfast ever
And staff that go out of their way to be helpful
The position of the villa is the best. It is on my road when you arrive in Dubrovnik and yet to get to the old town it's just going down the stairs. Our hosts were really nice, and a good thing they have free parking which is really important in Dubrovnik. Unfortunately, there wasn't a balcony in our unit, but the view from the window is amazing.
The best part of this hotel is that it's located in a quiet place, yet has almost everything nearby or a short walk away. Every 20 min there's a bus to old town, so one doesn't really feel that he is away from the main attractions. The hotel also has a small beach. Rooms, breakfast and service are exemplary.
This boutique hotel is a true gem!!! We had a balcony overlooking the sea! They provided parking, it was an easy walk to the old town and city walls of Dubrovnik, and the food was AMAZING! The room was large, the bed comfortable, every detail was considered, AND…the bathroom had a soaking tub!!
Small but very comfortable room.
Extremely helpful hotel manager who met us at the gate of the old town late in the evening to lead us to our hotel and gave us helpful additional information about Dubrovnik.
We were only sorry that we were only able to stay one night!
Outstanding a la carte breakfast. Charming modern boutique hotel inside a former 16th century palace on a lovely square in the heart of the walled city of Old Town Dubrovnik. Staff was eager to be helpful and well versed in the history of the Pucic Palace and the town.
This is a brand new (or quasi brand new) hotel. Our room is very spacious and clean. The hotel is well located to visit not only the old town but also other parts of Dubrovnik. The breakfast is excellent. We very much enjoyed our stay here!
Super nice hotel in a great location in Old Town Dubrovnik! Check in was easy and we got help with our bags. The room was great, very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also great with plenty of room.
Obviously, it is no fancy 5 star-hotel but absolutely perfect for a short stay in Dubrovnik. It is small but very clean and well organized. The host is extremely friendly and welcoming!
