The new upgrades! THE SHOWERS ♥️ We're frequent at this location since it was a Quality Inn. So to see such amazing changes... Wow! And the staff, chefs kiss! The old ones needed an upgrade too!

I did not see much of Glendale I only visited the Desert Diamond Arena
that was a very nice place and the surrounding area seemed upscale. There seemed to be plenty of restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues in the area I was in.

The room was not available.
The room was not available. I have a receipt from another hotel for that date. I showed up but they informed me it was not available. You canceled me, I paid over $100 to Premier Inns in Tolleson, AZ. I can send you copy of portfolio. Refund my money. I am elderly and disabled

Are you asking about the City of Glendale or the Motel 6.
Are you asking about the City of Glendale or the Motel 6. City of Glendale looked a little tired. I was able to find a Golden Corral for dinner, which was fine. Downtown was kind of quaint, but the residential areas had seen better days. Motel 6 was also a little tired. It reminded me of a fortress.

The hotel is very convenient to the freeway and to shopping, including the outlet mall next door. There wasn't anything for us to enjoy in the entertainment district and our sporting events weren't at the football or hockey stadiums. Very convenient to Dodger/White Sox baseball games although their stadium parking was a nightmare.

This was the most run down, nasty place I have ever stayed.
This was the most run down, nasty place I have ever stayed. It was noisy with trains going by frequently, people talking loudly in the hallway, and doors slamming often. My brother and I did not feel safe there; it appeared to have drug trafficking goin on. People knocked on our door several times that night, we did not dare to answer. We had a relative pick us up and take us away as soon as they could get there in the very early morning. Would not recommend this place to anyone ever!

My son and i went for the Monster jam event, this hotel was walking distance to the stadium, walking distance to many different outlets, Across the street were many different restaurants to choose from and sports bars.
Breakfast selection was like a typical hotel breakfast but it was included in the price and it was pretty decent. The location was a very convenient walk to and from the TobyMac concert at the Gila River Arena so that was nice since we did not have to deal with the traffic home after the concert was done late. It was a great hotel experience with our room absolutely spotless and amazing so thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!
loved the resturant type in this facility, that influenced my discussion to select the hotel. When I travel I look for a best resturant and that is the hotel that we select. It is also immediately adjacent to TopGolf which is another benefit of the hotel. It literally shares a parking lot yet there is no noise and the lighting didn’t disturb based on the angles.
Like the area and the actual hotel it was under construction so a lot of things were misplaced and not put together correctly. They're also wasn't any breakfast which was a bummer and the price is entirely too high it's under construction of New Management and I think that they should get the place completely put together before they start putting people in rooms
The breakfast was great! It was provided by the restaurant on site. You need to get the coupons that are provided by the front desk when you check in. The rooms were clean and the staff was super friendly.
Friday/Saturday/ Sunday there is a shuttle bus that will take you to the outlet center.
Top Golf is right beside the hotel and is very entertaining.
The hotel was near everything of interest! Also, near arena for daughter's graduation. The breakfast was phenomenal. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The room was spacious and comfortable. Pool area was amazing. Free coffee 24/7 was a bonus.
I stayed at Aloft for the Taylor Swift concert weekend and it was perfect!!!! It was a short walk from State Farm Stadium and the room was so comfortable. I also loved the decor and vibe of the hotel.
The location of hotel was very convenient as everything (fast food, grocery, attractions, movie theaters concert arena) is within a 5 min drive from hotel! Even a Dennys and Culver’s right next door!
I arrived at the hotel very late but the reception desk was very warm to me. Even though I canceled my reservation for the next day. They still treated me with kindness. Very friendly!!!
It was a nice and spacious room for the value. We enjoyed the free continental breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The kids enjoyed the pool during the hot day!
The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay but would not stay near the entrance again
This hotel was excellent. I loved the pool with the waterfall. I look forward to staying at Spring Hill suites Marriott Glendale/Phoenix on my next trip.
