Paia Inn, hotel in Paia

Located on Maui's North Shore, this boutique property in Paia town offers access to 3 miles of white sand beach, relaxing amenities and convenient access to a wide range of activities.

Loved our room, location of the inn and proximity to the beach and everything in town. We were able to extend for extra time since we were flying on a red-eye flight in the evening. The restaurant, Vana, was one of our very favorite meals from the week - excellent!! We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends!

Puu Koa Palms vacation rental, hotel in Paia

Featuring garden views, Puu Koa Palms vacation rental in Haiku offers accommodations and a garden. This condo hotel features free private parking and luggage storage space.

It was very convenient for driving the Road to Hana and the Crater. There aren’t many options in that side of Maui so this was a great jumping off location. The unit has tons of space and storage nooks. We were grateful for the extra fans. The unit does not have AC and it was kind of warm in the evenings.

Maui Beach Hotel, hotel in Paia

The Maui Beach Hotel features an outdoor pool and is 2 miles from Kanaha Beach Park. A cable TV is included in each air-conditioned room at Maui Beach Hotel.

The only thing that went well was that I was able to check out and obtain a full refund due to Booking.com understanding that the health and safety of the hotel was unacceptable.

Nice selection of shops and a few good restaurants.

Nice selection of shops and a few good restaurants. Shops all close at 6 pm. More breakfast places would be nice. Parking can be challenging. I did enjoy the town but I probably will not return to Paia. It was more crowded than expected.

We liked that we were in a small hotel in a small 'touristy' town. The location is almost ideal for travel to Hana and the National park. The unit was spacious and more than adequate for short stays. There is no TV in the unit which was fine with us. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel and we had breakfast there but it is open into the early evening. The small town is full of "cute" stores and other casual eating choices with just a short walk. The only drawback is the traffic backup at the single traffic light. It can take 5-10 minutes to get thru the light.

Excellent shopping and restaurants, beautiful beaches. Mana health foods was excellent for those who don't want to spend the money going out for every meal. They have a huge variety of food including a hot bar. SO many great shops, and cafe's too.

Paia is a great place to stay one night before your drive the road to Hana. Other than that, there really isn't much to do in the town. There are better beaches in Maui. We stayed 3 nights and could've done just one and been fine.

Great base for exploring the island but rental car is a must...

Great base for exploring the island but rental car is a must. Loved the artsy vibe and small town feel. Lots of shopping in small stores if that is what you enjoy and choice of excellent, laid back restaurants. For groceries (and organic food) go to Mana; the store is very reasonable. Close to good surfing beaches and lots of hiking. If visiting, park you car at the entrance of town and walk.

The location was superb in all respects! it was in the heart of town so we could walk to restaurants and shops. The back side of the property was on the ocean with the choice of setting up on the beach or in a secluded grassed area. Our room was meticulously kept with the appropriate amenities, and the staff was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. We initially stayed here because it was close to the airport, and were thrilled with how nice it was!

Now "the argument" is: COVID: "Because of COVID we don't clean up the room": What is that?! Nowadays is when we need the must cleaning the installations, and of course, the rooms. Well, we as costumers don't pay a special price (less, for example) "because of COVID". Well, but the hotel just gives that service one day. Terrible! Everybody is trying to recovery from COVID crisis, but not taking advantage of the services for costumers, right?

The check in staff were excellent. Jade was very nice and assisted us with our stay. Location was in the heart of Paia with an abundance of eateries and restaurants within walking distance. The Paia fish market was steps away. Excellent food for fish lovers. Town was laid back and had a hippie feel to it. The beach was excellent, sandy with big surf and swells. Lots of families on the weekend.

The inn is located on the Main Street of Paia among the shops and restaurants- very walkable. The beach is beautiful- gorgeous sunsets. They have beach chairs hanging from the fence for you to take down to the beach. Check in was easy and the room was clean and comfortable. Also this town is very convenient to the airport. Would definitely come back again to stay, hopefully more than one night.

Great spacious flat with comfortable bed and very well equiped kitchen and living room. Very clean. We had access to beach equipements (seats, towels) and there was a very nice beach just near the condo (we saw turtles!). The airport and Paia are easily accessible by car. We had a free parking spot just in front of the condo.
