Monroe has nicer hotels near the mall just more pricey. Other prices are reasonable if you book in advance in order to get a room. Call the site and ask if the room phone works first. West Monroe is better and only 2 miles more West.John - 10Scored 10

The front office staff was very rude an didn't put me in a room that I book with Expedia. I had to pay more an had to wait till the staff got done with there lunch for me to get my room. Then she didnt even ask for my ID. I was tired an didn't want to complain bout anything. But my stay was not what I expected.
