Hats off to them all, especially Julie, Diana and Michael (all the front desk staff & engineer staff as well !); they accommodated our family’s needs and made the visit exceptional wonderful. I Love The view and how quiet it is throughout the day and night. I find that other hotels have children running up and down the Halls but at this particular hotel I found it very peaceful early in the morning at breakfast time and also throughout the day and night without a lot of noise disturbance

I travel quite often, resulting in a very snood opinion of most hotel chains. Aside from one other, Home2 is my go-to preferred hotel chain. It tends to not have the kerfuffle and ruckus of most other places. It's sophisticated and trendy, with fabulous staff, and a delicious breakfast.

The bread for toast was in a plastic bag that was tied closed and the guest had to use tongs to go into the bread bag to get a piece of wheat bread. There was no jelly.
