We have stayed in this facility a couple of times for our yearly
shopping trip.
Found the place to be convenient, clean, staff is helpful and friendly.
They kindly refunded my money when a severe snow storm kept us from
travelling this year. Even though I cancelled at the last minute due to
road closures.
Will definitely be booking here again in the future.

The front desk staff was excellent.
The front desk staff was excellent. There was a minor inconvenience with the use of Booking.com yet the staff handled it with complete satisfaction, professionalism, and courtesy. The general manager was a pleasure to deal with and he handled my reservation in a way that made me feel important as a guest - actually I'd say he was exceptional! And he remembered my name throughout our stay. Sam, the check-in clerk and Jamie the guest services manager were all outstanding service providers.
+ Staff exceptional, clean, beds comfortable, nice breakfast area, beautiful garden area, nice atmosphere, fair price.
- Bad smell in the rooms, one cannot open the windows, noisy ac unit, small indoor pool.

The staff was great.
The staff was great. There was a problem on the booking .com side and they resolved it. However, they had a large group of people all without masks in the front lobby. They should have put them in a function room or required masks. I felt very unsafe when I was in that space.

I originally booked this hotel for two nights based on Bookings.com "Top" pick but realized it is not all that great. Not sure if I can trust bookings.com recommendations anymore as it stated "Wonderful" breakfast but in reality all you get is very basic and NO HOT food like other Holiday Inn, so I feel that bookings.com made me to buy this without stated benefits. I do not think it is so much about holiday inn but more to do with bookings.com. So my rating of zero or less has to do with bookings.com and what you advertise but what we get as customer

The location is perfect, just off a major artery I-490 so you can go quickly to other parts of Rochester and suburbs. We had a family event out on Williamson, and truly were able to zip out there and return. There is also plenty to do in Victor and Henrietta.
The staff was exceptional and the hotel has a nice atmosphere and a beautiful relaxing garden.
Beds are comfortable.
The jacuzzi is a nice bonus.
Breakfast was the usual American breakfast. Nothing special. It would be nice to offer more healthy choices with no sugar or sugar substitutes (e.g. plain yoghurt without sugar)
The hotel was in an excellent location, easy to find, lots of parking.
A friendly smile greated us. The breakfast provided was excellent, plenty of choices and plenty of food
Well maintained eating area.
The room was very comfortable and clean.
We plan on coming back within the next few months.
Quiet room, very comfortable bed with nice pillows, excellent shower (good pressure, lots of hot water, non-skid tub, a free-flowing drain, handy grab bar and soap/shampoo dispensers), good space to set luggage, easy parking, reasonable price compared with other area lodging.
Overall our stay was just alright. First night here they couldn’t find a microwave for us...... They couldn’t find bedding for the pullout couch and such a prestigious hotel like this you expect for things to be taken care of especially ensuring that the printer works...
The location was good right off the high way. It’s right next to taco bell and Wendy’s. The bed was comfortable and the entire room was clean. It was a big plus that they had an iron with table bec i had an event to go to. Will stay again when i visit victor
This hotel was very clean and I loved the little reading nook in my room! The staff were very friendly and answered all of my questions. I also loved that the pet fee wasn't something crazy like other hotels have.
Room was great. Clean and big. Jim works at the hotel and is a really nice guy. Made us feel right at home just the way he greeted us at breakfast and in the hallway when we saw him.
Location is all good, I have stayed here twice (before Pandemic), the hotel use to provide shuttle services, breakfast used to be good. The staff are very good and kind.
