Lancaster is a great area. The hotel is in a great spot, close to everything and the highway. The view isn't that great as it's right on the road (Route 30), but I didn't mind. The shades were private and the air conditioning provided just the right amount of white noise to sleep. The rooms on the other sides are probably more quiet. They also have a quiet policy from 10 pm to 8 am, which suits me just fine. There was even a pool room and a little gym. The complimentary coffee all day was a nice bonus, which also included a choice of still or sparkling water! The beds and pillows are super comfy. The area is quite built up yet still has that local charm unique to Lancaster.

Lancaster is never disappointing.
Lancaster is never disappointing. We love the farmland and fresh air. The stores full of handmade furniture are unbelievable. We have been going to Lancaster and the towns surrounding it for nearly 30 years.

There is always so much to do in Lancaster.
There is always so much to do in Lancaster. During this time we always go for the shows and the shopping. The AMT Music show is always wonderful, the shows at Sight and Sound are so moving. There are so many great places to eat, and of course you have the outlets, and an all open Park City Mall.
We have been coming here for 18 years during Christmas, and of course every year we have to eat at Miller's Smorgasbord. An unbelievable eating experience.

We spent three nights in Lancaster, We went there to take in a play at The Sight and Sound Theater which was amazing. We stayed at the Cork Factory Hotel which is a unique old factory converted into a hotel, We visited the Strasburg railroad and rode the train it was very pleasant, We had breakfast at Alice's Dinner I highly recommend this place, it's a great 50s style dinner good service good food great atmosphere. We also enjoyed the Red Caboose Inn for breakfast. If you enjoy antique vehicles you must go to the America's Transportation Experience Museum a short distance near Hershey Pa.
The hotel is unique and well-curated with local art. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice touches such as use of umbrellas (it was pouring during our stay), water, roses, and chocolate in the room. Parking is easy and free. The restaurant is amazing! (John Jeffries - all farm to table food). Nice touch with breakfast consisting of muffins, breads, yogurts, fresh fruit, pancake maker, lots of fruit juice options, and coffee/tea station. Hotel is walkable to many breweries, market place, shops, restaurants etc.
We’ve stayed here twice now, and we are already looking forward to another stay in the future. We had the poolside king whirlpool suite, and it was even better than expected! The room and bathroom are very large, and the jet tub was massive. We also tried the restaurant and cafe for the first time, and the food was absolutely amazing!! The billiard/game room was a fun bonus that my husband and I enjoyed together. Highly recommend if you want a little romantic getaway! The facilities are beautiful!
This was our first trip to Lancaster to visit a school for our son, so we were unfamiliar with the area. The hotel is located very conveniently to downtown and next door to grocery shopping and some restaurants and entertainment. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations while we were in town. The facility is very clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is probably the best I've had in a hotel. We will definitely be back.
What we really liked is the total experience, you can use the veranda, the games room, the library and the living room next to your own room. It feels very homey. And you can, if you want, also make contact with the other guests. We ourselves had good contact with the new owner, he really makes you feel at home and makes a delicious breakfast
Lovely old home on a shady, quiet property with easy access to downtown Lancaster and the Amish Country. Comfortable rooms and plenty of hot water. Friendly, engaging hosts. Lancaster B&B's breakfast is, bar none, the best B&B food we've ever eaten. In fact, they are the best restaurant in this small city and that's saying something.
Great location. We spent the morning Christmas shopping in the Lancaster Central Market and had a short drive to the hotel. In the evening we walked to the Iron Hill Restaurant. The city of Lancaster (and especially the Arts Hotel) was decked out in beautiful Christmas lights which made the walk even more enjoyable.
Everything was very clean and the staff was exceptional! We highly recommend Comfort Suites for a stay in Lancaster. You’re not too far from Amish country and you’re centrally located to Dutch Wonderland, putt -putt, and many restaurants. We would definitely choose this hotel again!
We love how this hotel is tucked away just outside the skirts of all the crazy busy traffic, but yet it is still conveniently located on Lincoln Highway. Quiet hotel, not super busy. This place is our go-to every single time, and you can't beat the price! Very spacious rooms!
I liked the kitchen & appliances, spaciousness of hotel room, bathroom (although a little small), large rolling table for food and activities, office chair, king bed with let out sofa, lots of table & shelf space for activities & temporary storage.
The staff was amazing and helpful. They did an excellent job with the room. The pools, fire pits and the show at night was fun. Overall the hotel was great. Despite my cons. Would come back.
It's a wonderful hotel. Beautiful, new, clean, friendly, staff is great, the view from our room was just amazing. I would definitely recommend and would definitely come back.
- The value was great for the area.
- We were able to book last minute (literally) and apparently just prior to the hotel being fully booked.
- Proximity to attractions.
Everything.. Comfortable and clean. Had heat in the room. And the front desk manager was very polite & nice.
